"Hi, I came to see you play at the Gloucester Arms yesterday and thought you were fantastic! As soon as you started to play the atmosphere really changed and everyone was up dancing! I would like to book you for my wedding, which is not until next September (the 10th). You sound very flexible as to what you can offer for the day and your prices are great - im very impressed! "James and his band were absolutely brilliant! Everybody at the party danced the night away and nobody wanted them to end. James was very professional checking noise levels with me and played background music as requested. The playlist was fabulous and mostly what I had agreed with him. The band have a lot of fans in this village now! "

"The band were so personable. They made sure to come and see us before they performed! I can’t fault them one bit! Our venue even wanted their details to recommend them to future weddings! They also very kindly organised to play a song from frozen during one of their breaks for the children at our wedding, absolutely made their night! We can’t recommend or thank them enough!"

"Band played all night, learned first dance and played all the songs listed. Nice lads and helped with anything needed. Spoke to us before the evening to go thru everything to ensure no hiccups on the day, which there weren't any. All ran smoothly and was exactly as expected."

Many thanks for your kind words Sue. We have always had fun when playing for you at the Flying Pig. Your creative bar dancing to our version of “Wipeout” is define a very special memory for all of us ? Hopefully we can recreate this at some time in the future as this is a showpiece number for Kevin our amazing new drummer!

"Absolutely incredible band! We booked Straight Up for our Wedding. They were really friendly. Very professional. They sounded unbelievably good! All our guested mentioned how good they sounded and the energy they brought. The lead singer has an amazing voice. The lead guitarist puts chills up your spine. They made the night. Cannot overstate how happy we were. Highly recommend! "

"We booked the The Wayfarers for our wedding and they were absolutely brilliant, SO accommodating with us even though we were running over by quite a bit in the end. We had slight sound issues during our first dance (venue's fault) so that meant the electricity cut out...the lead singer took it upon himself to come right up to us and sing aCapella, it was a lovely moment. VERY much recommended to anyone thinking to book as they were fantastic!!! Thanks so much The Wayfarers!"
