"“You were really great and everyone loved your music! For late night lindy we wanted a band to play a variety of tempos ranging between 130 and 180 bpm with the majority of the set staying around the 130-160 mark. We also wanted the odd one or two songs to be played at the higher end of the tempo spectrum, somewhere between 180 and 230 bpm. Ideally we didn’t want each performance to exceed the 4 minute duration because most of our crew are still building up their stamina. Swing Gitan met all our requirements and made an enormous contribution to a fantastic night. We can’t wait to get them back again.” "

"Dear Anne, Thank you so much for organising a splendid orchestra for me on Saturday night. Thank you also for your dedication to the music. It is always a pleasure to work with you. You are such an asset to the community! The orchestral players are such a nice bunch of people to work with and it is great to have many of the same players back over and over again. As usual it was a great pleasure to work with you. Thank you for bringing the Cherubini to life for us. The orchestral colour adds so much to what is a rarely performed work and you did it superbly. We were very privileged to have such a talented pianist for the Tchaikovsky Concerto, which I know is also a challenge for the orchestra to play, especially with only an hour and a quarter to rehearse it! - But we did it and the audience were thrilled - the standing ovation was testament to that. As ever it was a pleasure to work with you all. All the best. "

"The Ekoes performed at our wedding last September and they were amazing! what we especially liked about the band, is how well they manage to read the room and engage with their audience. getting everyone on the dancefloor and keeping everyone there is exactly what you want from a band. with a great variety of songs, you certainly won't regret booking this band!!"

"I’ve been Mrs Donnelly for 2 weeks now and I’m still smiling from how lovely our wedding was which is mainly thanks to you and your band mates. Our family and friends and still talking about the day and how great the BM Ceilidh Band was. The atmosphere you created was just what we wanted and you were wonderful when the singer didn’t turn up. "Fabulous Party band. They certainly know how to get the party started - how to keep it going and bring it to a fabulous conclusion. You really do not want them to stop.
