Review Centre: Duos / Small Groups

"I came across Moon River several months ago and knew that these accomplished and charming musicians were going to be perfect for my project. They have proved to be extremely versatile in their programme of music, right across the board. I wanted the Trio to play for a Tea Dance of Swing music from the 40s and 50s, and they came up with some wonderful arrangements. I would recommend these enthusiastic, happy, committed and very professional musicians for any event. They will definitely be coming back to our Cafe in the near future."

"Charlotte & Darryl played a set for Day 2 of our wedding, they were a reasonably late in the process booking for us, and it's one of the best decisions we made! They were absolutely fantastic, not only with incredible voices and talent, but just so much fun to have at the event, and all our guests, like us, loved them. We only wish we had booked them for longer - evidenced by chants of "one more song!" more than once, which they handled very graciously! Brilliant set list, lovely pair, know how to make a party a party. If you're thinking of booking them - do it!"

"Absolutely fantastic! We were made up when we found Chloe and the Nashville Rocks band, they were even better live than we could've imagined. They played our first dance song by Tim Mcgraw which was amazing, and they had everyone up dancing too. From communication to song choice, the band made things super easy. Our wedding wouldn't have been the same without them! Thank you all so much xx"

"I had been planning our garden party for well over a year, I had the Marquee the food and beer tents sorted just needed entertainment. After a-lot of researching I came across this duo. From first contact with Tom, to actually meeting them on the day of our Party everything went smoothly. The weather tried its best to dampen the mood but with Tom and Bobbi singing their hearts out (and not forgetting DJ’ing) they had the crowd on their feet dancing the night away . Our garden party will be talked about and remembered for a long time. I can honestly say if you want the BEST entertainment for any type of party I highly recommend Beats and Bobs!"

Amazing voices and they really know how to work a crowd, all of our guests have been raving about the music and atmosphere all day, and it’s all down to you. "Blue Soul were outstanding in every respect. They communicate cleary and promtly. They are friendly, accommodating and very professional. Their setlist, which includes a range of music from different genres and decades, is exceptional and every bit as polished as in their promotional videos. I would recommend the band to anybody requiring an acoustic duo without any hesitation. Blue Soul are a fantastic band. If you're looking for a quality acoustic act, you have found one."

"We hired 4 members of Vocal Works Gospel Choir for our wedding in April 2022 at Clevedon Hall and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! The director Tim was very responsive and helpful during the planning process and made everything easy to arrange. He was open to our ideas of where and when we wanted the choir to sing certain songs during the ceremony and they even learned a new song that was special to us. On the wedding day, they were on-time, professional, did exactly as we had planned, and they wowed everyone in attendance with their talent and beautiful voices! Their performance truly made the ceremony magical. We would hire you again in a heartbeat! Thank you VWGC!!!"

"Absolutely brilliant! Played at my daughter’s wedding last week at Goodwood Hotel and we have had so many positive comments about them. The type of music they played was great - so varied. Also they came outside with us after the ceremony so we could all still hear them while photos were being taken."

"Had these guys play for my partners 30th on Saturday evening at a large cottage that we had booked for family and friends. They were absolutely amazing!! The whole party commented on how good they were and they totally got the atmosphere going. They are both such lovely lads too!! Thank you for making our event really special!! I will definitely be looking to book again in the future."
