"Licksquid were our first choice for our wedding reception and a brilliant choice right from the start. Dan and the boys were friendly and professional and tailored the set to our requirements. These boys aren't afraid of a challenge - we had a very particular request for our first dance involving the start being played acoustically then the band joining in later on - Lick Squid accepted the challenge and pulled it off brilliantly! They even traveled from Derbyshire to the Lake District for our wedding - if that isn't commitment then I don't know what is! Suited and booted the band played two long sets with the dance floor filled throughout to classic rock, pop and a mixture of other genres. Everyone was catered for young and old. Every single guest at our wedding was seen on the dance floor at some point which was a massive deal. We highly recommend Licksquid, they made our special day even more special and were so easy to deal with - a blessing during wedding planning!"

"Hi Matt, OMG you guys were AMAZING… It really felt like we had an international rock band in the Village Hall!!!!! You guys were by far my favourite part of the wedding and everyone said how good you were & I couldn’t recommend you highly enough… We have a conference at work every January and I’m going to ask the powers that be if they would consider booking you. "The sets Unit 4 played were lively with lots of popular upbeat songs and got everyone on the dance floor. We had a great time with them. I would recommend them for any sort of party where you want people moving!"

You, along with your accomplished musicians from 515 crew had the whole crowd of 400 absolutely enthralled all evening. Accompanied by your co-singers Chirag Rao and Sreejith, you delivered some intricate numbers, more so our favourite Kwaja Mere Khwaja (Jodha Akber) that still reverberates in our ears, well over a month after the event! "We loved having South West Band at our wedding on Saturday, the dancefloor was full all night and many of our guests remarked on how amazing the band were. In the lead up to the wedding they were very responsive to any questions we had and were able to work with us to plan a first dance where our guests would join us because we were nervous! Even on the day one of the lads (Tom?) caught my eye before the first dance and checked I was OK, then reassured me it would be fine - and of course it was! It really made me feel better about the whole thing. A great range of songs and a really great evening, we would recommend them to anyone!"

"Laura and the band were super professional from the start. We met them at another friend's wedding and were so impressed with Laura's vocal range and the great choice of songs they performed that we had to have them at our wedding! Our first dance was an Otis Redding song which they learnt specially and did such a great job on, it even had some guests crying (happy tears) to! They were also really accommodating as we had another act playing in between their sets. Thoroughly recommend them."
