"I booked the band to play at my husband's surprise 40th birthday party in London. From initial contact to finishing the gig the guys were fantastic. Great communication, very flexible, reliable, incredible musicians and wonderful sense of humour. They were well up for have a go at a song they'd never done before and it turned out to be the song of the night! Thanks so much guys, I'd recommend you in a heartbeat!"

"We asked The Soul Way to play at our wedding day after great reviews of her ability to get a party started. She did not disappoint. Her judgement of mood and ability to energise the whole of our extremely diverse crowd was incredible. Jocee is an example of a professional quality musician, she was timely and reliable in her communication and brought a top class flawless performance. They balanced brilliant vocals with entertainment and energy, bringing dancing and laughter to us all. I would never hesitate to recommend or book them again myself. "

"John and his band did a TREMENDOUS job at our winter wedding two weeks ago. Our guests were mainly from the Netherlands, therefore our choice of band was very important to us, considering the fact that our guests cannot sing along to every English song. However, John and his band really know how to entertain any crowd, so friendly, funny, and really understood the vibe and how to start the party! I would recommend them without hesitation, thanks again for the amazing evening🥰"

"Our Summer Drinks is an important occasion in our calendar bringing together friends and stakeholders to celebrate our work over the year as a small arts charity in Holloway. Moon River proved to be a fantastic addition to the event bringing elegance and perfectly pitched music to compliment the evening. The trio responded to the brief with style and provided a diverse repertoire in keeping with the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. "Dear Davie and all the Band, Just to say the very biggest of THANK YOU for Saturday night - you were just brilliant, everything and more that we could have wanted from our wedding band, and we have had so many comments and compliments from everyone who was there about you - I have a feeling many of them will remember when organising their future events as you guys just take ceilidh to a whole new level... We had an absolute ball reeling our way around, especially for 'Another Brick in the Dashing White Sergeant', and the Cumberland reel was utterly Epic - not one we had in fact danced before but definitely the best of the night!! And had so much fun with the rock side - all the family were up and going for their favourites. Hope you had fun and managed to squeeze in a bacon roll and some cake - and a beer or two!!
