Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"The Spinettes were booked by the residents at Harleston House for a musical event that they had planned for Dementia Awareness Week. The girls were very warm and friendly with their performance but remained professional performers throughout. The music and the selection of songs for our client group was spot on, its not easy to keep people with Dementia engaged but they managed very well. It was lovely that when they finished their show the girls took the time in going round chatting to the residents and their relatives this was a lovely thing to do. The residents are still talking about it and they all said what a lovely time they had together. I have been requested to book them again and I have no problem with recommending this group and their manager for any event that requires this style of entertainment."

"Brilliant band for my sons charity night in Northampton. I booked a 5 piece as I wanted a fiddle player, great musicians, Steve top singer, Luke the engineer was really kind and very helpful with a video link of Zac. "Kate and her pianist were wonderful and everyone I have asked enjoyed their music and contribution to the party. I am only sorry I was so busy I didn't hear all of the music, and maybe I should have asked her to turn the volume up! It's a fine line between being too loud and getting people to listen to Kate's fantastic voice. Thank you very much - we really appreciated all the music. Funnily enough, looking through your resume, Victoria Newton sang at Tito's 50th birthday 10 years ago!"

"Thank you for a great performance at our wedding. You really got people going and made it a great night, the dance floor was full all night. "The band played for my 50th and made us all feel part of a truly fantastic musical experience. They are brilliant! The lead singer worked so well with the audience and even let a family member get up and sing! We felt they were part of our party and brought heart and soul to the table. They had a underground dance feel and we couldn’t believe we actually had some of our favourite songs played by the original artists. They were so understated and nice - it was only after they finished that we found out who they were. (-:"

"Thank you all so much for performing at our wedding on Saturday. You were all fantastic and so many of our guests have commented on what an amazing band you were. We couldn't have asked for better. I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to book a band for their wedding who will be enjoyed by all ages. "We booked South West Band for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing. They were the second most complimented part of the day, just after the Bride! The atmosphere was brilliant and they had everybody up dancing. They're really talented and they smashed every song they played, including a great mashup towards the end of the night. Their repertoire is really varied, so all of the guests got to listen to stuff that they loved. We also got them to DJ throughout the night as well as performing live, and they did a great job at that as well. Regardless of whatever else you want to do for your wedding, book South West Band."
