"Having seen Maria perform a stunning set at our annual Jingle Ball, I recently hired Maria for a Key 103 listener party and the feedback from all guests was excellent. The selection of songs was spot on and the dance floor was packed, I wish I'd have asked for an extra 1/2 hour!! "

"Well what can we say! Lucy was absolutely fantastic arrived on time with her equipment set up ready for the evening. Lucy sang lots of different songs from old to new keeping the ears of our guests entertained ready for more. Lucy was absolutely amazing such a talented lady would love to have Lucy at another event. The only down side was that the evening seemed to go to fast but as the saying goes time flys when your having fun. Would so love to see Lucy again in the future absolutely fantastic performance what an amazing Lady."

"We were recently very privileged to have these fantastic guys play at our wedding. The guys are extremely talented and kept our guests on their feet all night long. Extra special touch when they sang the song for our first dance. Highly recommend and can't rate high enough!"

"My (now) wife and I booked the King’s Quartet to play at our wedding ceremony and reception in November 2017, and they were undoubtedly one of the highlights of the day. Despite contracting them at a relatively late stage (around three weeks before the event), they were very open to our requests, and the quality of their playing was excellent. As our wedding was quite small, their music really added to the ambience without overwhelming guests' conversations. We were also impressed with their professional service. They were smartly dressed, arrived exactly on time and managed the transition between the three rooms they had to play in without any problems."

"I was at a wonderful party at the Queens House Greenwich which VS played at in early March this year ( 2012.). Their sound is wonderful and ensemble really crisp and full of Brio. The cello in particular had a rich Tortelier like timbre . They also look as if they are really having fun which avoids the whole show looking too serious. Their Bizet was also full of zippy energy."

"We hired SWB for our wedding June 19th and it was the best decision we made! We spend the night dancing and laughing! I would highly recommend hiring the lads for wedding/events! We will definitely plan to see them again at their next local gig! All members were so musically talented and we could see how much they enjoyed playing themselves. Thank you so much for making our day/night so special 🥰"

"Jimmy and his band were amazing - really friendly people, very accommodating with working with us to play songs we liked, amazing sound, got everyone dancing, not at all wedding cheese and every guest commented that they were the best band they had heard at a wedding. Would highly recommend - thank you so much for being part of our day!"

"We absolutely loved having you guys there and you definitely got the atmosphere right. We had a lot of comments that people loved the music during the day so a big thank you for that! Also, our guests LOVED having a band for the ceremony (rather than the traditional harpist or flute players). Our only regret is that we hadn’t booked you guys for longer or for the evening too! But we’ll definitely recommend you to friends and if we can think of a way to hire you again we definitely will! Thanks again ever so much!"

"We could not have asked for a better wedding band. The dance floor was always full and all our guests commented on how great you were!! The silent disco was so much fun. You guys were so easy to communicate with, nothing was too much trouble, everything went so smoothly. We would 100% recommend you to anyone looking for a great party!! Thank you so so much. "Hi Fiddlestix, Thanks again for the wonderful ceilidh you and your band put on for us last Saturday. I have written a review for you to use below. Warm regards Julie Fiddlestix played a mix of English, Irish and Scottish music at our wedding breakfast in December. Both the musicians and the caller were excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed the ceilidh. Many of our guests took to the floor, some of whom had never participated in a dance before. When numbers dwindled at the end of the evening, the band switched to performing Elvis Presley songs which got some of our remaining guests up and dancing. People have told us how much they enjoyed the music. Thank you, Fiddlestix, for providing us with such fun. Julie"

"The band performed at the finishing area of the Big Fun Walk, North London Hospice’s biggest event, and we would definitely book them again. They created a celebratory atmosphere playing uplifting and energetic tunes which everybody loved. Phil was incredibly helpful, professional and easy to work with which makes all the difference when managing a large event. All of the musicians played with great skill, energy and sensitivity to the occasion and location. Our walkers, staff and even tourists who happened to be passing by, were tapping their feet and smiling in the bank holiday sunshine during their sets. We look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future."
