"Fi has, rightly, a greatly praised voice, and this worked a treat in that environment. She possesses excellent technique & frequently went for complex lines and pulled them all off with aplomb. She has equally good dynamic sensibilities and used shifts of these with discretion for extra effect. Alex's playing mirrored this: skilled yet tasteful with generally chorded accompaniment when Fi was singing and when it came to his solos, the runs, though often improvised, served the song, not his ego. They have an empathetic understanding I think: not just in the interplay between voice & piano but also in their several duets & this was another element in the playfulness"

"We hired Dawnbreakers for our Wedding Party and from the first phone call with Jake we knew we were in safe hands. The guys were very professional throughout while still carrying the vibe we were expecting based on their profile. Communication all the way through was excellent, working around our schedule, and going into detail on our music tastes and what we would like from the night. On the evening the band were prompt, setting up efficiently and letting myself and my wife be stress-free!. Performance was brilliant, high energy and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests. Thanks again for making our night so great. "

"Brotherhood played at my husband's surprise 50th in January & they were BRILLIANT! They turned the party into an event & friends are still talking about the amazing, talented band. They are complete professionals and made the party. The range of music was so good - everyone from teens to 70 somethings were up dancing. An added bonus is they are the nicest people to deal with & went above & beyond to help me get the music organised. These guys are the real deal if you want a really stand-out band to make your party special."

"We are getting compliments from all our guests about the wedding as a whole, which we thought was the best ever. That view has kindly also been expressed but many of our guests and they have also particularly mentioned us. We had a few people from the music business within our guest groups and they were also genuinely impressed with your performance. "We hired Jazz Eclipse for our wedding in Italy. They drove all the way with all their equipment. Thanks so much guys for making our day so perfect. They learnt our first dance song especially and played it so well. They light up the room and made the day so much fun. I'd recommend to anyone who wants amazing music, people and the wow factor!!"

"This band are the real deal. I have never known a band put so much effort into a party. James was like road runner in speed with replying throughout and everything you need was covered by him, we were left with no worries on the entertainment front. On the day the band came in good time to setup, their equipment is ridicules compared to what I expected, the sound system is so clear and lights are brilliant. I watched the soundcheck while I was also preparing things and when I heard the final result I knew the evening would be amazing. Song choices were just spot on, Liz can sing anything and they actually ended up playing for about two and a half hours as people just wanted to keep partying. I booked them for a couple of hours originally. I will conclude by saying James and his band deserve every penny they get, they will do a proper job and are all around down to earth people and brilliant musicians."

"My Wife and I couldn't recommend and thank Blue Soul & LastMinuteMusicians enough. From our first enquiry right up until the event (our wedding day) we were looked after, all questions were answered quickly & professionally. We had asked for a specific first dance song, which wasn't on the repertoire, so both Hannah and Dave went away and learnt our song. They went up and beyond to make our day special, and for that we will forever be grateful. They are both incredibly talented musicians and their version of 'You & I' by John Legend was perfect!! Thank you!!"

"The band played at Jeremys boathouse, brighouse for my boyfriends 30th suprise birthday party. What can I say... Really friendly group and very personable going above and beyond and getting my boyfriend involved and up on stage ! "We got married at the bandstand on Brighton beach, it was a relatively small affair of 32 guests and the guitar duo of Jason & Piers provided the perfect backdrop for the celebration. The style and level of music was ideal to keep guests listening without being intrusive. Being as we were on the bandstand, without wanting to wait for dinner and the rest, my bride and I wanted to grabbed the opportunity to have our first dance in the beautiful setting, and I must say, it was really, really beautiful (- for us at least, and we're looking forward to seeing the photos reflecting it!). Jason was super easy to deal with on the lead-up, which was a breath of fresh air in comparison to some very stressful interactions with other organisers (flowers, reception venue etc). These guys really helped toward making our day absolutely perfect and we couldn't have been happier to have hired them!"
