"Remko and Lilac plus support organised a great evening of line dancing for 80 teenagers. After some initial reluctance they were soon tapping away and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. After a pizza break they then chilled to the sounds of the band. Thank you very much indeed and we will certainly be inviting the Band back."

"The Covered recently played at mine and my wife’s wedding. They were a hit (to say the least) and I had numerous guests coming up to me to praise the eclectic mix of songs. The music was excellent but I was also really impressed with the professionalism and flexibility of the band too. We were slightly running behind schedule as dinner was taking longer to serve. However, the guys were extremely patient and considerate to this. We really appreciated this. They even let my father in law play along with them too which was a lovely touch. Amazing performance, band and people. Thank you for making our day/evening. Jonny and Sammie x"

"Wow just wow Patrick was amazing considering the occasion Patrick went above and beyond he preformed so beautifully and respectively. Great communication with him up to 4 weeks before and even taught himself a new tune we had requested just can’t thank Patrick enough. Forever grateful."

"We recruited Laura to play for my sisters wedding. From the first communication she was really friendly and quick to respond to messages. Nothing was too much for Laura in terms of our requests (my sister had some specific pieces she wanted Laura to learn for the wedding). Laura was keen to please and sorced the pieces we’d requested and also suggested other repertoire she could perform. The tone of the repertoire was perfect! It was just the atmosphere we wanted for the wedding! Laura arrived early in preparation for the wedding, she was dressed professionally and looked just the part. She was warm and friendly when chatting to us and guests on the day. I cannot recommend Laura enough! Thank you!"

"Liz and her band played for our wedding in Halifax, we saw four members perform at a wedding fair and knew we wanted them for our evening reception. We booked the 6 piece band, requesting a few songs which they were happy to do. All our guests had so much fun and we are extremely happy we did not have just the DJ that was booked with the venue. It really broke the evening up nicely and Liz got the crowd going from the second she picked up the microphone. The songs were sent to me a few weeks before so we knew what to expect and we were really happy with he choices. All songs people know from Motown to modern pop. I recommenced the band to anybody who wants a party. Definitely an amazing wedding band. Thank you for making the end our day so special."

"Having reached the ripe old age of 65 this year, my partner organised a big Grumpy Old Gits Retirement Party for me in a marquee in our garden in Pangbourne. We had over 120 attend & most guests came dressed up as Old Gits (Victor Meldrew, Alf Garnet, Compo, Nora Batty etc.) and we needed a local band to get the place rocking, with a wide variety of covers from the 50's to the present day. Found Mike's band Back2Back (just up the road in Wantage) on this site and were not dissapointed. Fantastic set, got everyone up dancing, entertained us with humour between songs and even threw in a wireless solo guitar trip around the whole marquee. Very impressive PA sytem and lights, all remotely controlled by their own Sound Engineer and six musicians who know how to put on a very professional and tight sounding show. Everyone kept asking how we could afford such a good band. The nice thing is, they were so reasonable, we still had change out of our budget to spend the rest on a decent firework display at 10:30 in the evening, and after that, the band played on!! They were so good in fact, that as we organise the annual Pangbourne Village Fete each year, we have booked them as our main act for the second weekend in June 2019. I advise you try them out for your event before then (or come to the fete next year). Absolute rockers, thanks Mike and the rest of the band, see you in June, if not before at another event. "I can’t speak highly enough of Martin. He agreed to learn a half hour set of acoustic songs for our wedding reception at very short notice and absolutely nailed it. Not only does he have the most insane vocal range I’ve ever heard he can turn his hand to any style/genre of music. It was a pleasure having Martin as part of our big day."
