"I liked the fact that when booking it was 'relaxed' in that it was not too rigid with the timing. Unfortunate that Hannah was sick but this made no difference to my party as Sarah -Jane stepped in. Again flexibility (on both sides) resulted in a great performance - we received lots of compliments only downside was that we were unable to listen as much as we would have liked to .... There's always a next time. ..... We and especially our guests thoroughly enjoyed the performance - very happy to recommend . Ann & Antonio"

"These guys are amazing, they sound fabulous. The Denotones 60s helped myself and my husband for our fundraising journey. We had a full club and everyone could not praise these guys enough on how good they are. Please if anyone is looking for a 60s band don’t look no further. these are your guys! If we ever had another party this will be the first number I’ll call."

"We hired Urban Myth for our wedding in June 2019 and we honestly could not be happier with the experience. We found the band to be extremely professional throughout the entire planning process and with a reassuring attention to detail, which meant we had full faith in them to deliver on the night – particularly after watching them perform live in Didsbury beforehand. When our big day finally arrived, they were absolutely fantastic and played two one-hour sets that had our guests on the dance floor all evening, providing a real atmosphere to the night. The set-lists were varied enough to please all ages, and our guests genuinely commented afterwards about how they made the evening. If you are looking for a wedding band, Urban Myth is a perfect choice."

"What an incredible pleasure it was to have Rose perform at our Christmas party! The older people who attended rarely get out of the house so for them the whole event was very special! Rose acted with grace and was a total professional. She sang and performed beautifully - in fact one lady said it a was a shame she had to stop because the event came to an end! It was wonderful watching people singing along with Rose around the room. She was so popular that someone asked for her details for a party in their seniors housing scheme next year and we will absolutely be in touch with Rose again to perform at future events."

"We had The Cheers play at our wedding in April and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The band were great fun, very talented and got everyone dancing all night. They listened carefully to our song preferences and created a setlist that was perfect for our wedding style. In addition, they played our first song live which made our first dance extra special. They were professional, helpful and friendly, both in the run up to the wedding and on the day itself. The communication was clear throughout and they even arrived slightly earlier so that they weren't setting up during the wedding breakfast. We had been slightly unsure about whether to hire a band as the cost is much higher than a DJ, but we have absolutely no regrets at all, and we would most definitely recommend The Cheers to others."

"The Airwaves played at a social event organised for local doctors and were AMAZING! The whole booking process was really easy and they have an impressive range of great songs! Everybody was up dancing and commented on how much they enjoyed their music ? 10/10 would definitely recommend and I would book them without hesitation for any future events "

"Stone Meadow played at our wedding on 25.05.24 and wow! What an amazing bunch they are! Nothing was too much trouble! Joe was constantly in great communication with us and they all made sure everything was exactly as we wanted! They learnt and played 2 songs for us (not their normal style of music) but they absolutely smashed it! The band came early to play music from the moment our guests arrived and the live music started around 7. They interacted amazingly with the crowd and got people up dancing from the moment they started playing! Our little boy loves music and the band allowed him to play on their drums and got him involved in saying things on the mic (he even ate his food with them while they had a break- which again was no problem at all) and gave him a few things for him to remember the day by! Every single one of the band members were lovely!Could not fault this band at all! Thinking of booking them? Don’t think about it, do it! Thank you again Stone Meadow for such an amazing wedding evening!"
