"The Covered provided great music and entertainment at our Christmas party. They played an array of covers and were lovely to deal with both in the run up to the event and on the night."

"We've seen Barrel House Vipers quite a few times in Bristol so were really keen to book them for a swing dance event with 90 dancers. Needless to say they were awesome. They're a fantastic band with hugely talented musicians who catered for a range of speeds for lindy hop, bal, blues and shag. We'd really love to have them back again and couldn't recommend highly enough! "

"Kip and the band played at our wedding last weekend and they were brilliant! Everyone loved the ceilidh and they managed to get most people dancing. They were also very flexible and understanding when our plan for the day was very behind schedule. We'd highly recommend booking them. "

"We are so grateful to Black Velvet Ceilidh Trio for making our fundraising ceilidh a great success with delightful music and dancing. The level of challenge of the dances was pitched just right to tempt our guests (who were aged from 4 to 84) to have a go – and they all came away with big smiles on their faces! Phil – the band’s friendly caller – gave just the right amount of instruction and then a quick recap before each dance and was happy to adapt dances to suit some of the children. Arrangements and payment were all handled professionally and efficiently. Thank you so much for helping us raise over £300 for our cause!"

A class act right from my first enquiry - excellent communication regarding the type of music/vibe I was looking for, timings, price, the lot. "Professional musicians, great middle of the road Jazz based sound. I booked them to play at Bishopstoke Retirement Village - 60+ residents loved them - they want them back -booked for next month. Not just the music, you also get entertaining chat and stories. I started  Music in the City festival in Southampton 16 years ago - they are so good, I trusted them to take it over!"

"Elephants in the Room are a sensational, exciting, versatile band that will make any small or large venue rock. The music suits all tastes, ranging from the sixties to current popular anthems and includes slow, soulful ballads and energetic heavy rock. This isn’t just a good live band but a mesmerising performance totally engaging the audience. We hired Elephants in the Room for a private party and they delivered on every count – kept 100 people dancing and singing all evening. This is the ultimate live party band. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough"

"Please pass on my thanks again to the whole band as it was amazing Friday night, everyone has told me how much they enjoyed it and all thought the music was excellent. In fact one friend thought it was a song being played on the disco then walked back into the room and saw you guys still playing she was very impressed.
