"From start to finish I found Last minute musicians very professional and very fast with answers to queries. I had my wedding on 21/09 and The lost performed for us, all of us at the event were highly impressed with the quality of their performance and they very kindly learnt a song for us for our first dance. Additionally they were always punctual in responding to all questions and on the day did everything the could do to make their role seamless and stress free for our day. I can not recommend these lads enough."

"Kirsty DJ’d at my 50th birthday party in September 2025 and was absolutely fantastic. She played all the music and styles we wanted, blended perfectly with the guests, and created a brilliant, fun atmosphere throughout the night. She’s a true professional and exceptionally good at what she does."

"Black Velvet Band Irish Trio came to play at our relaxed outdoor pre-wedding get together of about 40 people. The three who made up the band were great – very talented musicians – they played all our favourites as well as some wider material. They were very keen to fit in with what we wanted to hear and gauged the mood as to whether to sing ballads or play jigs (after a few drinks people were up for having a bit of a dance). It was such a joy to hear live music again after all these months of covid restrictions. The Band really made the evening and they were really lovely people."

"The Band was superb in guiding us through the preparation for its gig - our wedding reception no less - not least of all in its patience with our frequent delays in getting back with requested information! We asked for a "Dublin/ Temple Bar" feel to the gig and that is what we got in spades. We have no doubt that the Band would have presented other music styles equally as well. Our 80 plus guests loved the performance, as did the 10 or so staff at the reception venue. The manager of our local folk club booked the Band - taking its details that very same night - for a club performance at date to be arranged. The Band's fee for the evening was very competitive for the performance and the help we were given in its preparation. The Band arrived in good time, set up quickly and demobilised swiftly and tidily. "Top class performers. Professional but relaxed and so warm and friendly. Incredible and versatile voices and they knew just how to get the party started. Catherine is a total and utter delight - from communicating with her prior to the event right through to saying a final goodbye. Sassy, fun loving, beautiful inside and out and with a voice that sends shivers down one’s spine. I promise that if you are lucky enough to have Loose Shoes being available for whatever event you are planning you will be as thrilled and delighted as me. First class in every way.
