Walking into our wedding reception, with our friends and family waiting... there on stage were Helly & Andy belting out the chorus to Ho Hey. It was magical. Not only are they brilliant, but they are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. ✌❤ Xxx"

"David and I both wanted to say a huge thank you to all of you. The instrumental and vocals were amazing and it was nice to see all the guests dancing on the dance floor and enjoying the music. We've never seen you play live before so it was very unknown what the band was going to be like. But you created an amazing vibe and I couldn't have been more happy! Many thanks again."

"We attended our friends wedding reception on Saturday evening and this band were beyond amazing. Great songs played all night, drummer, base and lead guitar/vocals were outstanding & they kept everyone on the dance floor. I’d love to hear them again. Would recommend to anyone looking for superb entertainment for any kind of function! "

"First of all we'd like to say what an outstanding performer Martin is! He really read the room incredibly well and played the right songs at the right moments. Everyone loved him. Even the older generations in our families listened intently. His repertoire was vast, covering many different styles and he performs them incredibly well. 10/10. Leading up the event, Martin kept in contact throughout the planning process. Very punctural on the day. Finally, we'd like to thank Last Minute Musicians for their support throughout and it's nice they keep in contact every now and then to see if everything is ok. "

"Funk it Up! played two amazing sets at our International Women’s Day Dance in Whitstable in March 2024. They were fantastic from beginning to end! Communication was great before the gig and they were friendly, accessible and professional throughout. They played a wide range of fabulous music which was spot on and had all our guests dancing and singing along. All the band are great musicians but what a coup to have such a fantastic, confident woman at the top of her game on lead vocals, epitomising the theme of this event. We’ve had such positive comments since the gig and I can’t recommend this band highly enough."

"I hired Kirsty for two of my daughter’s birthday parties. Her 11th and more recently her 13th. Kirsty was absolutely fantastic for both! She took special consideration for each age group, including music choices, games and interacting with the kids to get them all on the dancefloor! She took into account the kind of music my daughter and her friends liked and read the crowd perfectly for what was being received well! Dj’ing at a 13th birthday party is no mean feat but she did an absolutely fantastic job! She has a fun and bubbly energy that really rubbed off on the kids! Even the cool kids were up dancing! She made it fun by introducing ‘dance offs’ and other games that the kids loved! I got some great feedback from parents of the kids afterwards who are now making enquiries for their own children’s parties. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and book Kirsty in the future!"

"I cannot recommend The Stereo Beats enough! They catered exactly to our crowd of ages teen-80s, were fabulous to watch (it actually looked like they were having fun which really sets them apart for me!), they were so brilliantly organised and accommodating in the planning and prep, hugely talented and the dance floor was absolutely packed all night. We will be booking them again next year for our annual party - no questions asked. Everyone has commented on how brilliant they were! Thank you again 🥳."

"Joe offered great lyrics for my song, and then backed up his vocal claims by singing good clean vocals with lots of nice dynamics. He has that clear innocent young male tone, which this song needed. Good job for my first experience with this vocalist"
