"Simon, honestly, I can say your pipes saved the day and most importantly would have made a precious memory for mum and dad. Awesome effort! "

"Alan was very professional. We had very limited opportunity for detailed instructions but he carried them out to the letter and played perfectly for my father's funeral."

"Tom Gilzean MBE has been laid to rest. The archbishop described him as an ornament of the city. A lone piper Hector played Wings, the march of The Corps of Royal Engineers with whom Tom had served followed by Highland Cathedral leading the standard bearers to the front of the Cathedral past Tom’s tartan coffin where they parted and stood guard during the service. The coffin was removed from the cathedral to the strains of Amazing Grace. The priest Father Jamie McMorrin said Tom’s was a well kent face in the city. “As Tom used to say ‘Open your hearts and give."

"Absolutely excellent. With minimum instructions did everything we wanted and more. Really lovely at the end how he marched off playing the pipes. Very poignant. Arrived everywhere he needed to be prepared and ready. Really couldn't have been better. The last thing you need is to be stressing at a funeral and to have someone know exactly what they are doing and when to do it was a god send. Was really lovely performance. My mum would have loved it."

"Billy played at our wedding in October. We booked very last minute and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Not only was he punctual, discreet and a fabulous musician, he is also a really lovely chap and we loved having him there. Thank you Billy. "

"The family have asked me to thank you for your excellent playing at Rawdon Crematorium in Leeds yesterday. The way you played Amazing Grace was particularly moving and your bagpipe had a wonderful sound."

"We wanted a piper for our wedding blessing ( we got married in Gretna Green) and wanted a Scottish feel to it. We were given Billy’s number and from the moment I rang him through to the time he left the reception. He is such a nice man and very helpful. We explained that we would like the Lincolnshire Poacher song when we walked down the aisle. He played that and also the guests arriving at church, us going down the aisle and back down, when photos were being taken and at the reception. The guests were all very impressed as were we. We would recommend him for any occasion you want a piper for. He is fantastic."

"Dear Andrew, we just wanted to thank you for your superb contribution and professionalism, throughout the funeral service and burial of Helen's dad yesterday at St John's Church, Hurst Green. Your excellent musicianship on the Pipes helped create a very special atmosphere, which has left a deep impression on everyone attending. We would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone considering a Piper for a special event. Thanks once again. "

"James stepped in very last minuet when our other bag piper turned up. He was fantastic throughout the entire process. He has a great repertoire to choose from, was very professional and played beautifully on the day. He even stuck around for a bit afterwards and spoke to some of the guests which was very kind of him. I cant recommend him enough! "

"Robert played at the Fleet 41 Club annual charity dinner which was held at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Robert was magnificent. He played us into dinner and did an excellent 'set' towards the end of the meal. The event was held in the Indian Army Memorial Room, and Robert did the setting complete justice. He completely looked the part in his uniform and added real colour and style to the event. It was easy to put into place all the necessary arrangements with Robert and communications leading up to the event were excellent. I would highly recommend using Robert if you want to add an experienced, friendly and very professional piper to your event. "
