"Liz played with her guitarist for our drinks reception at Northorpe Hall. What a lovely atmosphere it set for everyone there. The songs were perfect and the sound in the barn was great. Liz really did go out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us and we would have happily paid more than we did looking back. We had seen the full band and wanted to book them for the evening reception but they we're not available, gutted! Reviews go a long way these days and Liz deserves nothing but a glowing one as I could not fault anything at all. Such nice people to have as a part of the day. Highly recommended thank you to The Marvellous Motown Souls!"

"We just wanted to say a massive thank you for playing at our wedding, the music was perfect! Sorry it took a while to get the dancing going (I think we can blame the hot weather for that), but music was so special towards the end of the evening and we loved seeing everyone dancing - we really didn't want to leave!"

They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going. "House of Chords absolutely made our wedding day/night! They were incredible! Recommended to us by a friend who had heard them at another wedding - we are so glad they were brought to our attention! Not only on the day but in the run up to our wedding they were so great. We met with Mike and talked through our ideas/favourite music/us and they based their set around it. On the day they were great fun and completely professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I hope their ears are burning as everyone at our wedding has been raving out them!"
