"Joe is the ultimate professional - and won over guests of all ages (from fussy teens all the way up to family in their 70s and 80s!) which is no easy task! So glad we booked him and he was a part of our special day! As some of my relatives are Turkish, I asked Joe if he could play 1 or 2 instrumentals of some popular Turkish pop songs if he could find the music sheets online - he ended up learning the handful of songs I shared with him, sang in Turkish the choruses of each and created a Turkish mega mix for us. Even my UK friends are still going on about it 6 weeks later! To be clear, Joe had never heard these songs before and does not speak Turkish. We planned a wedding in 1 month and appreciated Joe’s approach - he shared his suggested playlists which were all great and had a bit of everything for all music tastes and contacted the venue himself to understand noise restrictions and logistics to free up our time. He’s proactive and doesn’t need hand holding. He’s got an amazing voice and vibe and experience of judging the room which was important to us given it was a small intimate wedding (40 people) and we really weren’t sure how the day would land. It is testament to not only what an amazing talent Joe is but how driven he is in making your special day everything you want it to be. There were some songs I also wanted my husband and I to hear together so I told Joe what these were and he didn’t let us down - with a busy wedding and Photo Booth and toilet breaks etc. we weren’t always in the same spot but some how Joe managed it. "I cannot recommend Suns Up highly enough! Absolutely brilliant band who sounded amazing from first song to last. We had 'Ho Hey' by the Lumineers as our first dance and it was a brilliant rendition. The dance floor was packed all evening and that is a testament to how good they sounded! Book Suns Up and you will not be disappointed. We have had endless compliments from so many guests and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. To top it all off they are a lovely group of guys who were so polite and accommodating, and made the whole process so simple! Thank you guys so much for making our evening so enjoyable!"

"It was a fabulous evening! Thank you so much for the wonderful joyful music. Noeleen’s excellent calling skills resulted in lots of people keen to get up and dance! It was such a fun night. Looking forward to doing it again! It was such a great night and we were both touched that you remembered our wedding reception! Thank you to all the band and especially managing us all in such a tight space. We hadn't anticipated so many dancers up on the floor! Look forward to seeing you again sometime"

"We hired The Velvet Tones for our Wedding. They were great from start to finish! We had solo piano at the start of our ceremony, then the singer sang “At Last” as I walked down the aisle and it was stunning!! The Quartet played jazz during our drinks reception which created a great atmosphere without being over-powering. Finally, they gave us a run for our money with an amazing set of Motown to kick off the dancing. We had our own DJ to take over but everyone was already in such a good mood from the band. I really recommend this band as they are so versatile and easy to work with."

"We first heard Edina at my a family wedding a few years ago and loved her! So it was an easy choice to have her play at ours and she was fantastic. Loved some of the pop culture (e.g. Game of Thrones) cover songs and she's a really friendly and lovely person. Thanks again Edina. "

"The wedding went great thanks and the Bee Gees were excellent. They managed to drag people from the bar onto the dance floor and so it was a job well done. I had a chat with the band afterwards and they were very jovial. In short very pleased with the band and your efficient service. I would happily recommend your agency and use you again. I’ll give you a call to arrange something for our silver anniversary"

"I am still reelubg from the incredible performance by ABBA Sensationelle the girls came to perform at my Ultimate tribute show at the Minworth lodge. These ladies brought the house down with their spot on vocals and energetic stage prescence. They are one of these out there and their performance at my show was truly unforgettable...We have already booked them again 3 times in 2026. "

"I wanted a live band to be playing as guests arrived at my daughters wedding reception. A band that could really set the scene and make people feel welcome, relaxed and valued. Boy did these guys deliver. Pitch and note perfect and could take it up a level when required. (They understand playing to a live audience) Would be happy to book them again for another event Great work guys"
