"I hired Ebor String Quartet (or trio in my case!) for my wedding and they were everything I could have hoped for and more. From the moment I messaged for a quote, Conor has been fantastic at communicating with me. With every single detail down to my last minute panic about the length of my aisle song on the morning of the wedding, they made me feel confident in them always. As I said to Conor, the one thing I’ve known I’ve always wanted for my wedding day was strings playing me down the aisle. Ebor Strings knocked it out of the park and I couldn’t be happier. A special thank you to the group for the very brief moment I had when the guests were gathering for the confetti shot, and they played Charli xcx Speed Drive for me (a song that I practically squealed at when I saw it in their repertoire). It was a moment where I really got to enjoy the music and myself, and was truly a highlight of my day. Thank you so much for your beautiful music, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone there. I would really recommend them for a stress-free and wonderful addition to any event."

"Steven and Paul have worked for me at three venues successfully for the last two years. The Orange Tree Derby, The Risley Park and The Hunting Lodge. The lads have been a dream to deal with and have never showed up late, cancelled last minute or caused any issues at all. All venue feedback has been fantastic and they’ve never failed to bring the house down. I have 25 acts on rotation at The Orange Tree and their first choice was the Covers Brothers this New Years. They absolutely smashed it! Cheers boys."

"What a treat it was last night to have you playing for us. Your choice of music was delightful and, of course, so beautifully played. I hope you could feel the appreciation from our guests. The dancing went very well considering the large numbers of non-members attending; what they lacked in expertise, they more than made up for in enthusiasm. "Mark was excellent and I would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone looking to add a bit of live music to their party. Despite stepping in at the last moment (we only booked him the day before when our previous band pulled out), he communicated well, arrived promptly and set up with minimal fuss. He was very flexible regarding timings and judged his setlist and the crowd perfectly with some laid back numbers to start with and some more upbeat songs in the later sets. All this despite constantly being pestered by children to let them sing or to play their favourite song! We would happily book him again in an instant."

"It's the day after booking the Rib Ticklers for my husbands 50th Birthday. It was wonderful!! The band were nothing but professional, accommodating and very friendly! The choice of songs was well matched to the party crowd and we were sad when it was over. We have had many texts saying how good the band were and where did we find them. Thank you for all your help with our questions beforehand too. We are very happy customers. Great service from start to finish and price was very competitive. "
