"This band is absolutely incredible both live and recorded. Live, they are hugely versatile and highly engaging, getting the audience on their feet dancing and singing along, or sitting back in awe as Amy hits those stunning high notes in Somewhere over the Rainbow. Their studio recordings are absolutely magical, I have them on repeat on all my playlists! My absolute favourite is Fotheringay for which they have a beautifully haunting music video too. Their own original songs are also absolutely fantastic, of indistinguishable quality from their covers. A great band recommended for any occasion."

"I'd heard really good things about South West Band and I was not disappointed. I hired the band for my wedding in July in Beverley. They were so organised, punctual and really friendly. They played so well and got everyone up on the dance floor. The main comment from all the guests at the end of the night was how great the band had been. Would 10/10 recommend, thank you so much!"

"The quality of the musicians, the outfits and the overwhelming presence of the group was definitely impressive. Aside from their professionalism, it was also great to find that every member of the band was enthusiastic, vibrant and warm! The audience love them and so do we. I can't recommend them enough!"

"We hope you're all well and recovered from Saturday night? Wow. We could not have asked for a more perfect band to play at our wedding - all of our guests were blown away and have been consistently commenting that you are the best band they have ever seen. It was incredible! We had the best day of our lives and you were all such a huge part of that. I don't remember ever seeing an empty dance floor and have the blisters to prove it!! We will be recommending you to everyone we meet! Thanks again. "

It’s always been “our song” ever since I first saw the band playing it after Gray joined. Our ears perk up every time we hear it on the radio. "Excellent jazz band, very classy, perfect for the event in question. It's nice to see a band which does things so simply and professionally, providing a full sound with the minimum of equipment. They were happy to play to the room when people were eating and talking, at a volume which still allowed conversation, but were friendly and engaging as and when people wanted to interact with them. The singer they provide has a great voice, well matched to their style, no over-acting or dramatic self indulgence, just confident strong and pitch perfect. Great day, thank you."
