"South West Band played the most amazing set for our wedding evening at The Tithe Barn, Bolton Abbey in December 2023. From the initial chat with Henry over the phone, where he provided lots of details and tips for the wedding day, to Lauren, who was great in the run-up to the big day and helped us with any queries. Requesting Coldplay for our first dance was no problem for them and they played a worldie in The Pogues to close out their set with some Christmas spirit. The addition of the DJ set to extend the entertainment was well worth it. The lads on the night were great fun and up for a laugh. Despite never meeting them previously, they felt like our friends. Thank you again South West Band!"

"Just a huge shout out to the band for playing my husbands party last Saturday. You were beyond fantastic, played longer than they were supposed to, shared the stage and their gear with a band they had never met. Utterly fab music. We have had so many letter commenting one of the best bands they have seen! Thanks for being so flexible with Country and Western show. "We have now had the pleasure of hiring Gary's Caribbean Steel Drum Band on two occasions. On both occassions our guests were very impressed, as were we and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their music is "happy" music and with it comes the "sunshine" even though it was a rainy Saturday in May 2012. Thank you for making my husband's birthday party one to remember."

"Having a band at our wedding was a given. I spent months agonizing over which one to choose, but when I saw Eccentric Pony's You Tube clips, I knew I had found something very special. I booked them about a year in advance without consulting anyone, because I was afraid my guests and I would miss out if I didn't act soon. We had a wedding that celebrated everything we loved: Star Wars, music and our love of 80s films. It was no surprise that our first dance was going to be to The Glory of Love from The Karate Kid 2, and because we had a band, we really wanted it to be performed live. It was not on Eccentric Pony's playlist, however. Jimmy promised us the band would learn it especially, and would perform it exactly as it is on the Peter Cetera track. And that is exactly what happened. My husband and I were thrilled. Eccentric Pony played everything we had identified on their playlist to such an incredible standard that by the end, even the most firmly rooted wall flowers were filling up the dance floor. They built up the energy through the night and the atmosphere was electric. Thank you so much, Eccentric Pony, you made our already exceptional wedding legendary."

With a wide range of songs played from the more traditional to chart hits they got everyone moving and in a great mood for the rest of the evening.
