Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"In the lead up to our wedding they were always very professional to deal with, responding quickly to any questions we had and happy to adapt set lists and timings to exactly what we wanted. We had them for our evening wedding reception and they were fantastic! On the night they were absolutely brilliant and had our guests on their feet from their first song right up to the end. All our guests (even our older guests) have all complimented the band, the mix of songs they played was perfect. People were asking me how much they were and all agreed they were cheap for how good they are, and so much better than your typical wedding band. We were running a bit over time so they cut their break down to 15 minutes for us so we didn't miss out on any of their set list. They dressed smartly for the occasion and Louise and Sam were so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I honestly couldn't recommend then enough! I'm just trying to find another occasion that I can have an excuse to use them! We have had lots of comments from guests about how good the band were and what a good range of tracks they played. We would definitely recommend them."

"The boys were fantastic and all guests have commented on how great they were. They also saved the day when I realised we hadn’t thrown the bouquet and the photographer + videographer had gone home. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to book. We also used their DJ service to end the night and it really was fantastic. "

"I saw the band when we arrived back to the church, music sounded great and the duo looked professional and happy to be there. Everyone enjoyed their performance and we would definitely book the band again if we were lucky enough to have a large event in future. "We hired The Blue Suede Shoes for our wedding in June 2014. We could not of been happier with the band. Not only did they put on an amazing show, they were extremely helpful, responsive and adaptable throughout the entire process. The initial information package was very clear regarding logistical requirements and gave us all the information the wedding venue required. In the months leading up to the wedding, The Blue Suede Shoes were very helpful anytime we had a question. On our wedding day, we pre-planned a general band play schedule, but with over-running dinner and speeches, that largely was discarded. The Blue Suede Shoes were very adaptable to our changing schedule. (They were so adaptable, they even brought the bass outside to the beach to help one of our friends who wanted to do a ukulele song at sunset!) The Blue Suede Shoes’ music was fantastic with a great range that all of our guests enjoyed. They also did a great job learning our first dance song. On whatever scale, The Blue Suede Shoes get top marks! "

"Guaranteed floor-filling bangers for all ages - whether it be classic bops from the 60s or anthems from the last couple of years, the guys bring incredible energy and enthusiasm to go with their flawless musicianship! We loved having them bring the party to our Oktoberfest and will definitely be booking them for our next big event! "
