"These guys are beyond perfect. We do not know how to say thank you. They were amazing, in the heat these guys played consistently and patiently. They were a fantastic touch to our wedding and I strongly recommend that you ONLY book these guys! You will not be disappointed. We are trying to find another occasion to book them for!"

"I hired Blue Jewel Ceilidh band to play for my 60th birthday party at my local village hall. I had never heard them play before but going on previous recommendations I felt certain they would be okay. How right I was! Well, if fact they were more than okay - they were bandtastic! Their playing is brilliant and they created a fantastic atmosphere. Steve made sure he brought me and my husband and sons right into the swing of things, mentioning us by name whenever he could and he certainly made it feel like "my" party and not just any old party they might be playing at. There was quite a mix of ages, but everyone joined in with the dancing, (yes, even my non-dancing- unless-he's-had-a-few-pints, husband!!). Steve and his colleague were excellent callers and made the dances very easy and great fun. We are still laughing and talking about what a wonderful evening it was. I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Jewel. They will make your party go with a swing! "

From start to finish, they oozed class and were the perfect accompaniment as our guests arrived for drinks and nibbles. Guests of young and old commented on their wonderful repertoire and as a personal surprise, they even arranged a version of our first dance song. As performers, Thames Valley String Quartet are highly skilled, professional and passionate. They take great pride in their work and deliver on the promises they make prior to the performance. "Fabulous band! Had people dancing all night, generous mix of genres and eras to keep everyone moving. Played our first dance live and it was beautiful. Had a DJ during their break and while packing up, so the music never stopped!"

"Friday 5th December – What a night! I think that at our Sunday reception, it was the talk of all the guests who had attended. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening, your band were amazing and your guest vocalist (cannot remember his name) simply knocked the audience out. His ability to sing popular Indian, Classical, Qawali and western Pop left the younger audience screaming for more. We exceeded the allotted time by 40 minutes and in all honesty, I really think we could have easily gone on for another two hours. Absolutely superb evening and one that will be remembered for many years. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again really soon."

"Very many thanks to you and W4S. Absolutely everyone has said how good you are (in the most glowing of terms) – and we mean absolutely everyone. We expected everyone to be a bit jaded by the end of the night. Especially after going since 11 in the morning. But to have everyone up dancing all evening and still shouting for more when we had to close was brilliant. Please can you pass on our thanks to the rest of the band including your DJ. "What a FANTASTIC band! Flip Side played at my 40th birthday party. My friends still haven’t stopped raving about what a great band they were and what a fantastic night they made it into 6 weeks on! Flip Side definitely turned the party into a real event, everyone danced and really really enjoyed the music they played and had to be kicked off the dance floor at 1 as the venue was closing up. Thoroughly recommend and would not hesitate to book them again!"
