Review Centre: 1970s & 80s Style Bands

"We originally booked Stargazers for our wedding in 2022, and we were so pleased to finally have them at our wedding in 2023 after it was moved due to illness. They were incredible in the run up to the event, and on the day their performance blew us away. Every guest commented how amazing they were, their set list was such a brilliant mix of classics and new songs, to have our first dance with them was a real pleasure! I couldn't recommend them enough!! Thank you to you all for making the wedding night truly memorable for us all - if we ever need a live band in the future then we will definitely be getting in touch! AMAZING!! "

"We had an act cancel because of positive covid test and in two days Alister and Beverley had found and booked a replacement for my daughters wedding. This rescued us from disaster! The replacement act The Diaries were excellent and did a fabulous performance at Berkeley Castle. Strongly recommend the act and Function central!"

It was so great to have you there playing for us, as you can tell our crowd was an enthusiastic one and I don’t think I left the dance floor once! "Part-B made our wedding a night to never forget! They learned our first dance request and played all of our requests - even the Ska tunes. They were great at working with the DJ to make sure songs weren’t duplicated and coordinated brilliantly with the venue to make sure the evening went as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much."

"Garage Nation performed at our wedding and were out of this world. The dance floor was packed all night long, an amazing range of songs from different eras and of course the awesome garage set at the end. They arrived perfectly on time and set-up without any fuss. They are all lovely people and slotted in to our day perfectly. We had endless people asking where we had found them, and the lead singers stole a few hearts! Thank you so much, an evening we will never forget. "
