"Hi. I was at the Empire pensioners party at rochdale yesterday. Having been a roady in the 60s for a local group it was fabulous to watch a group of musicians play to perfection all the hits of the 60s and 70s. I hope you come back to rochdale again so I can take myself back to being young again. Xx"

"We've had an extremely busy weekend sorting and recovering from my parents celebration. My husband and I would like to thank you and your husband for the wonderful performance of the steel pan music. It was absolutely FANTASTIC!! We have had many guests coming up to us later in the evening stating that it was such a surprise to hear that kind of music. They said that it reminded them of being back home when they were growing up and some of our friends who were born here loved it as well. Also some people hadn't thought about having this kind of entertainment for hire and will probably consider it for the future. I will definitely be passing on your details to anyone interested and will recommend you to others. I hope you also enjoyed the evening and we will definitely be in contact again for a future event. With all our best wishes "

"Laura and her band were absolutely fantastic at our wedding!!! Communication was great beforehand and Laura helped us to chose a first dance from their extensive set list. Laura and the band arrived early to set up and were very relaxed and accommodating when everything was running slightly late! The music was absolutely perfect, starting with some jazz when everyone was digesting after dinner, and moving onto some pop songs which everyone loved. There was lots of dancing and the guests all said how much fun it was!! Definitely the right choice of band for our wedding, I didn't want them to end and could have danced all night!!!"

Every single guest commented on the beautiful music throughout the ceremony and the wedding breakfast - it really did make our special day special. "Having seen Anita play and sing at a variety of venues we knew that she would be a perfect choice to create atmosphere at our 'Casino Night' charity fundraiser. Her presence created a buzz immediately and was wonderful talking point while our guests were arriving The playlist was well thought out and she played for hours with a smile on her face. Our guests were so enthralled that they stopped playing games and went to watch how beautifully she plays music instead! She then took the time to stay and chat with those guests and her bubbly personality shone through. Anita is utterly professional and a very talented pianist, a joy to watch and listen to. I would recommend her highly. "

"We booked Nick for a 50th party, all being fans of bands like Queen and also loving anything in the way of 80s music (and we are big 80s movies fans!) we'd been after someone who could play a varied selection outside in the garden. And what a set Nick put on for us! Played in 2 halves with a short break, he must have been playing for the best part of 3 hours in total as everyone kept asking for one more song! Covering hits from from the film Pretty in Pink (wife's fave film), Tom Jones through to the Police and I'm sure someone had him do some heavy rock at one point! Queen hits including a solo version of Bohemian Rhapsody was just out of this world (and the lady who runs their fan club was here to see that one!) But surely the best moment of the night for me was Nick playing Life on Mars in front of my TARDIS when it was all lit up (his set started in daylight and ended late!) Fantastic entertainment and I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for that something special for a party, wedding or just an excuse to have a good time with live music!"

"We have seen this band numerous times and definitely one of the best, playing many uplifting genres of music and they really get everyone up and dancing. Their current line-up compliment each other immensely and we can’t wait to party again with Free Spirit. "

"A fantastic lively band, with a great selection of songs, old and new! The band members were good fun and really worked with the atmosphere of the wedding guests to make it a brilliant evening! Everyone was up singing and dancing till the end with not a spare space on the dance floor! Personable and bold !"
