"Thank you so much for the lovely music you and the band played at my dad’s 80th Birthday. All the guest including dad really enjoyed it. It was very classy and contributed to a very elegant evening. You and your other band members were so lovely to deal with and I would definitely hire you again as well as recommend you to anyone you wants to hire a steel band - I have passed your number on to a few people now. Your professionalism was second to none and I really enjoyed your company. I felt the music selection was perfect and beautifully played by you and the band. I did however, get a bit of a backlash from a few guests who felt I should have hired you for the whole night, but we will consider that for next time. "Let's Smooth Things Over performed for us a week ago at my 60th birthday party. We were extremely impressed at their standard of musicianship and all of our guests raved about them. They have a very good repertoire, from quieter songs, to more rousing ones, to get your guests up and dancing! They were also very nice people to deal with. Altogether a first class act and I highly recommend!"

"We found Grant after a friend recommended him saying he was the Best Wedding Pianist they’d seen. Based on this we met with him and within a few minutes we’d decided Grant would play at our wedding. He was thoroughly professional but more than that, he had the audience captivated during our chosen songs whilst Walking down the Isle & Signing the Register.. All our guests commented on his fantastic performance & it added so much to our special day. We feel lucky to have found him and cannot recommend him highly enough!"

"Sara played with her gypsy jazz quintet at our award ceremony & the band was perfect! From playing background during the reception creating a wonderful atmosphere, to supplying the music between awards, choosing the perfect repertoire & level of interaction. Very professional & lovely to work with. "

"Gareth recently played for my mother's memorial service. He was a complete joy to work with, taking everything we asked him to do within his stride, managing to play quite a wide reportoire beautifully on a not very good organ, incorporating the music mum had written into the service with great feeling and understanding, and even managing to turn 16 people who had never sung together before into a choir in just one rehearsal on the day. His incredible musicality shines through everything he does and it was wonderful to not have to worry at all, knowing that the musical side of things was so beautifully cared for. Could not recommend him highly enough. "

"WOW! What can we say! Dizzy Brascals truly made our wedding day and our guests cannot stop speaking about it! We took a risk with not hearing them play live before booking but it definitely payed off! They played our guests through to the wedding breakfast area and after mains and desserts to keep the party going which is exactly what we wanted. 100% recommend - you won’t regret!"

"We initially booked Remi to perform an intimate dinner set. But as dinner service closed and our clientele wanted something more lively, Remi was able to adapt and get the whole place singing along. Excellent job, would recommend!"

"I can't recommend Katie enough she was FANTASTIC all of our guests loved her. I always wanted a saxophonist but due to budget it was a last minute decision, Katie was quick to respond and organising details with her was so easy and stress free. It was defiantly one of my highlights of the wedding. Thank you so much Katie :) "

"Marcus really made our perfect day complete, he sang and played guitar doing three sets throughout the day, and did an outstanding job. All of our guests have commented on how good he was and how it made the day that bit more special. We would highly recommend Marcus to anyone, nothing was too much trouble for him, he even learnt a new song for us. Thank you once again from Ash & Cobie "

"Absolutely amazing band. We hired the guys for our wedding. Fantastic interaction with the crowd, everyone was up dancing. The band bring a great presence and enthusiasm to every song they perform. There are bands out there and then there are "BANDS". This is one of those bands. Communication was excellent from start to finish and they spent time discussing our needs. Nothing was too much for these guys. All our guests were blown away by the band and have since took details to book them for their events even random people that overheard the band in the locality have requested details... they are that good!! I love music and these guys didn't let me down. You were the icing on our Wedding Day... thank you so much.. Will def recommend and use you again x"
