"Had a great time with the band at our wedding, there was a great mix throughout and all the guests found something they liked in the music including the Irish parts added. Asked for the 6 piece band as well with male and female vocals which added variation and fiddle players provide that little extra. Thanks Steve, Geoff and the team ! "If you are wondering what band to book for your wedding or event then look no further!!! We spent ages looking for a band that fit our budget and the vibe we wanted and wow we are so glad we booked eccentric pony! They were incredible and everyone said how amazing they were! They have a huge song list to pick from, we went for a mix of indie, rock and modern pop and classics and they smashed every song! They really brought the vibes for the evening and even got me (the bride) up on stage at one point! We loved them!! Thanks so much to Jimmy and the guys they were professional and easy to communicate with, made the whole process stress free and were fab on the night! Couldn’t have asked for more! Book them! You won’t regret it!"

"From the very first contact, House of Chords were extremely professional, easily contactable at all times and genuinely nice guys. All details were covered for our wedding with great care and on the day they simply made the party happen! The dance floor was full the whole night, their repertoire covers all tastes and they sound amazing. They performed our first dance perfectly. Thanks again all for making our day special!"

"Excellent! From start (initial contact and enquiry), to finish (performance), Modern Strings were a pleasure to work with. Sophie was very helpful and accomodating, she also offered a very competitive package, advising what would work in an honest way. She was always prompt with communications, and helped where she could. The team were punctual on the day, and played amazingly, guests loved it! Thanks to the team!"

Kelly’s vocals & personality lit up the room along with Graham’s vast musical experience which he made playing the electric guitar look so easy! This is such a friendly talented duo who is accomodating to requests and you can rely on for a good time! Good luck in 2024 Kelly & Graham! We look forward to seeing you again soon! "The singer we have picked for our church wedding pulled out less than a month before our wedding so we were looking around to find a singer to take her place. I am so grateful we found Alice and she was fortunately available. Thank God! It was the best decision we had made. Her angelic voice blew us all away and made our day. So many guests came up to us to tell us how much they enjoyed her performance that day. I love her voice so much that I am trying to find an event to arrange so I can use her again :) If you ever need a singer, I would not have any hesitation in recommending Alice. It would be the best decision you have made. "

"Thanks SO much for last night. The part was everything we wanted and more. We had a great great laugh and the vibe was fantastic. Sarah loved it all. I think the things that made it were the people -of course- and the music. You got it spot on with how to play it and loads of people said how much they enjoyed Swingtime. Hannah liked it a lot too. The sound was great and just what we hoped for. "

"The Jazz Revival are a breath of fresh air. They put their own twist on some of our best loved songs with skill and precision. "There really should be a maximum word count for these reviews because I could write a novel about these guys. The promo materials they have are great, but I can assure you they’re so much better live and are also the sweetest people ever. No ask was too much for Jimmy (we were so annoying too honestly), he’s an absolute pro. They even learnt a couple of requests for us and delivered them flawlessly. They had their work cut out with us. 1/3 of our guests were working (pretentious and judgey) musicians and everyone was feral for them. Also, all the girls and gays (myself included) were banging on about how hot Jimmy is which is a (albeit problematic) bonus. Seriously guys, thank you for making our day all the more special. I’m eternally grateful to have found you. "

"What an amazing evening of live ceilidh music. The group were a hit with people of all ages and everyone in the room was up dancing! We have had wonderful comments about the music and the superb calling. I have even had a request for the details so a birthday party can be booked in plenty of time! A huge thank you for reading the room and providing an awesome service!"
