"Dear Helen, David and I don't know how to thank you and your colleagues enough for your absolutely brilliant contribution to our wedding reception. Everyone was raving about how great you were, and I can't count how many times I said, in response to how I found you; "The best ever result of days of google searching" I think that I told you this before, but I listened to so many clips of bands, and it took me about 30 seconds of listening to you to know that you were the right people for the wedding of two musicians, whose guest list was chock full of musicians! I have an absolutely hilarious video of my 7 year old niece going crazy to your music, which I would be happy to send along if you would like. She is officially your biggest fan, and loudly declared that evening "That music makes this the BEST WEDDING EVER!!!" Please could you pass along our admiration and gratitude to the rest of the band? "The perfect band for a party. Kemptown Hot Club performed at my leaving party at Murray Edwards College, Cambridge University, when I retired as President. I think almost every guest complimented me on the music. Beautiful vocals and a wonderful swing sound of the 1920s to 1940s. Kemptown Hot Club helped to create a relaxing vibe to the party while ensuring they never drowned out the conversation."

"We hosted a 1920s-themed party and booked the DJ with live percussion and sax duo, what a perfect choice! They brought the glamour and energy of the jazz age with a modern twist that kept the dance floor buzzing all night. Guests loved the mix of vintage vibe and contemporary beats. A stylish, exciting act that fit the theme beautifully!"
