"We booked the Magenta string duo for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception. The ladies were fantastic and very professional. The music was beautiful and all our guests commented what a lovely touch it was to have a live duo at our wedding. We only had 50 guests so wanted subtle entertainment and the duo was perfect for this. In the lead up to the booking, their communication was great and they were very helpful and organised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Magenta Strings to anyone looking to add a touch of class to a special occasion. "

It was such a joy to hear throughout the day - I wont ever forget the memory of the music starting just as I was about to walk down the aisle. "We employed the services of the string quartet for our intimate Civil Wedding service on the 14th Sept at The George Hotel, Stamford, where they played for the service and after in the garden. Beforehand Kathryn corresponded brilliantly. Their presence and performance helped to make one very special day. Thank you so much."

"Element were a dream to work with for my father's surprise 60th. I chose them because of the repertoire and yet when I requested a song that was not on the song list they were quick to put it together just for our event. On the night, they slipped in amidst the chaos of 120 people, they prepared and were ready to play. The schedule had to be changed a few times on the night and they were flexible and professional throughout...and then they played. It was beautiful. One of my Uncles stood up involuntarily during Nessun Dorma to look closer and my father repeatedly leant over the dinner table to remark on how wonderfully they played. I could not recommend the Element string Quartet highly enough, but I will certainly try! 6th December 2017"

"I was most impressed by the services of Last minute musicians. I had an unusual request- I wanted a string quartet to serenade my wife when she awoke on her 50th birthday. Sarah-Jane managed to find a quartet that was prepared to travel 2 hours to be with us by 6:45am. Valtie and the rest of Arabesque Strings were absolutely fantastic and created the perfect start to a wonderful birthday! They braved the cold weather and managed a faultless outdoor performance in spite of the temperature being only 4 degrees."
