"I can't recommend this band enough. Whether they are playing background music during dinner or playing some more upbeat music to get people dancing a little later on, they always do a great job. Extremely punctual and make our lives as easy as possible, we know once they are committed to the event that we can rely on them to turn up and sort themselves out. Looking forward to having them back!"

"You had everyone on their feet non-stop, and everyone commented on what a fantastic performance you gave. I actually fractured my rib two days before the wedding, but I couldn’t stop dancing cos every song was perfect and there was never one I felt I could sit out. I wasn’t the only one who couldn’t get enough, from aged 2 to 82 all of our guests really enjoyed your music and had a fantastic time. I can’t believe you learnt our first dance in less than a week – thank you so much! It was amazing and so much better to have it performed live by you guys. We’ve already had a couple of friends asking for your details for future events, and we would certainly highly recommend you to anyone we know looking for amazing live music. I hope you enjoyed the evening too, we really had the most fantastic time! "

"100% recommended! Do not hesitate to book this band - stop searching now as you have found the band for your wedding! Southwest Band recently played at our wedding in Suffolk and they were fantastic. Everyone was blown away by their talent, song selection and rapport with the crowd. The communication on the run up to the booking date was excellent. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. Thank you guys! 5*"

We had loads of great feedback from the guests too, in fact one of them is interested in booking them for an event this summer! "We recently hired Alfie's Hot Hats to play at our wedding reception which was held in a small beach café in Dorset. We were keen to have live, acoustic music that would fit the venue and the create an intimate party atmosphere . Alfie judged the day perfectly with low key chilling music through the afternoon whilst people ate and enjoyed the scenery and then switched to something livelier later in the evening when people wanted to dance. I had lots of comments from guests about how good they were and it seems one of the guests is keen to hire them for his own party later this year. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for exceptional performers to play at their wedding. "

"What can we say? Yesterday was so perfect; I don’t have words to describe it, my heart is absolutely bursting with pride and love. We have to say a huge thank you for playing for us, we were so pleased with your performance, it was so good. So many people were commenting saying how good you sounded and what an original thing to have at a wedding. My brother was particularly pleased with “Thunderstruck” -definitely a classic! when you played “When I’m 64”, my heart soared. Thank you again for performing for us. We highly recommend Jo as we booked her for our son’s wedding. She’s very reliable, organized, and professional. The choice of music was vast and the sound quality in and outdoors was excellent. We would definitely recommend her for any social functions. 5 stars. EXCELLENT! "

"Hi Matt, It was lovely to meet you on Sunday. Just wanted to say thank you for playing, we really enjoyed your music and the way you kept the dance floor lively! "Thanks so much for playing for us! We loved the dance tunes whilst everyone was enjoying canapés. I kept on getting distracted whilst the photographer was trying to take formal photos!! It really got everyone pumped in the sunshine and lots of guests commented on how great you were, especially when you walked around them playing. Thank you for being so communicative and for playing the songs we wanted."
