We were so lucky to find you at short notice and really appreciate the time, care and calming humour you brought to us in our planning coffee. Gareth Giles is a truly lovely man to work with and made all our musical dreams come true with apt suggestions and help with the detailing of the order of service. His playing is pure genius and any couples reading this looking for a highly talented, experienced church musician who also happens to be a lovely, funny man to work with should NOT hesitate to book him - you will not be disappointed. "We booked Rob and Mark for our wedding reception evening 'do' and are so happy with the decision we made! Rob guided us through their repertoire, was prompt in his replies and gave us suggestions as to what order songs were done in. The evening flowed perfectly and we've had so many positive comments from guests. Lovely touches, such as some word tweaking to make it so very personal. Rob, and his band, just got on with it and are clearly professionals. We'd recommend them to anyone, for any event. There's nothing like brilliant live music!"

"Gareth was the organist at a civic service at which my brother and I were asked to play trumpet. He met with us, liased with the organisers, provided suitable music and accompanied us. He took the lead with a keen sense of humour, made it fun but was always focused consequently the music at the service received nothing but praise. Subsequently I have practiced a couple of concertos and other works with him accompanying. He quickly and accurately picked up the music. It was a rewarding and enjoyable experience and I look forward to continuing working with him."

"Robert played a lovely selection of music - some of our choosing, some of his and some of the residents' requests. Most popular with the older people were his medley of war-time songs and some Frank Sinatra tunes whereas we marginally younger folk enjoyed the Beatles medley. The organ concert made a very pleasant occupation for a cold, early-winter afternoon. We would highly recommend Robert Baker for such a function and maybe next time we'll invite his wife along to come and sing with/for the residents, too. "
