"Val'so Trio did a gig at the Great Western fir my 28th Birthday. As soon as I heard them I knew I wanted them first my Big Day. We couldn't of asked for anybody better. Fantastic! I highly recommended these guys to give you a top night a quality music! Keep rocking guys X"

"When you start planning your wedding, there are lots of factors that you need to take into account, however for me, the music was everything. I called The Covered Band, and spoke to John. From the moment we started talking about my ideas, i immediately felt at ease. We wanted a Country and Western wedding, and this may not be an easy request for some bands, For John, he seemed even more excited than me, that's when i realised, i needed this band, to perform on our day. The enthusiasm and professionalism all the band provided,was the highlight of the day, not to mention the encouragement before hand. I had requested a few of our favourite songs, even the request to use my father's guitar for some songs, as these were really important for us. John always replied, sure, and i honestly couldn't of been happier to know that he was onboard, and was prepared to make sure our wedding would be remembered in years to come. Imagine, being on the dance floor, with all your friends and family, smiles on everyone's faces, whilst dancing like their having the time of their lives. I stood back, for a slight second, to admire that moment. It was truly spectacular!! If you are considering having a band, for your wedding, this is most definitely, the band you need to book. I just wish I could do it all over again and couldn't recommend them highly enough."

"The duo were very professional and arrived punctually and smartly dressed. It was a great day for the store and the duo played for twelve hours over two days, receiving many compliments from our customers. I would certainly recommend them as a talented professional set-up who can adapt their set and style to play anywhere."

"The Bee Gees Experience were absolutely brilliant. The 3 of them were friendly , very easy to get on with from the minute they arrived at the Arts Centre. Their performance was fabulous and everyone at the sold out gig thoroughly enjoyed it ……. there was much clapping, cheering….. singing and dancing!"

"I had a brilliant experience. Jimmy was really nice to speak to both before and during the party. Nothing at all was a problem. He was there before me setting up and co ordinated with the venue too. He had a huge choice of songs to request for his live sets and provided DJ music for us all evening. He has a lovely voice and sounded great. I was too busy dancing to watch him but his guitar skills were brilliant. He dedicated a song to my daughter, it was such a special evening and 100% it was made by have Jimmy. I would happily recommend him to anyone and would book again without hesitation. He was lovely with all my guests and took requests on the night too. It couldn't have been better. Jimmy is very polite and always gets back to you promptly, very professional and a gentleman. Thank you so much for being a part of my birthday celebrations and making it the night it was. Best wishes for every success in the world. "

"Duncan was everything I had hoped for. I booked him very last minute and he was so helpful and kind and then when it came to the event..he played every song wonderfully + more. I am thrilled with how it all went and so happy to have found him. I wouldnt hesitate to ask Duncan again. He is brilliant."

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio – Emma’s Daughter’s Wedding – April 2025 What a brilliant evening! The band were exactly what we wanted for my daughter’s wedding and really helped the reception go with a swing. Good music and the caller was great fun and guided us through the dances. Really good communication leading up to the wedding, too. Thank you for a fabulous evening. "

"The Tribe were very good. The guy who seemed to be in charge was very professional. The band set up quickly and we’re ready to go on time. The female singer was great and engaged with kids and got them dancing. All in all we were happy with the band and, given the demand at the time, the price was acceptable."

"Outstanding! Jack listened to the music genre I liked and I actually chose 3 songs not on his playlist and what an amazing job he did, I walked down the aisle to him singing he then entertained guests and they loved him, Jack interacted with them and let them join in with him! My groom and I also posed with him. I would 100% recommend him to anyone without a doubt well worth his fee! "
