"Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for putting on such a good show last Friday. It really made it a very special night for me, much better than having a disco all night. Everyone that spoke to me after the event commented on how good the band was and felt it made more of an occasion of it. I have to say it really was great to see so many people up on the floor at the end of the night enjoying the music. Please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone in the Band too, they really did a professional job. "

They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going. "Marty was lovely from the moment I met him. So outgoing. Nothing was a problem for him and was very easy to work with. Sang a great range of songs and had everyone up dancing"

"Thank you so very much for playing such a storming set at our wedding reception at the Bear Hotel, Cowbridge on 23rd. The band were all great and the DJ set kept people dancing and the mood buoyant between sets - superb. All the photos of the night show a full dance floor which is what we wanted - excellent. Everyone had a great time. You made our night so special and I cannot count how many positive comments we have had about the set you played. You really made our reception so special to us. Two of our friends are getting married over the next year/18 months, they were there and all asked about you - your details have been passed on."

We had a meeting the other day just to review the way the festival had gone and the feedback that was received was excellent. "Hi Aly (and all the Aluinn and Definitives musicians), WOW - you are brilliant, amazing and totally delivered!!! Thank you all so much for playing at my party at Markington Hall last week and making it such an incredible evening. Really enjoyed both bands equally. Quite a few people were worried about the ceilidh and told me they "probably won't dance" but they did and they didn't seem to stop all night. And then the momentum seemed to pick up even more with the Definitives sets - just fab. Quite a few people have asked me for your details so I hope this will lead to more bookings in our area. "Golden Gospel came and sang on our front step and brought some real Christmas cheer to Rye Lane - it brought people as together as they could be during Tier 4, and really made it feel like Christmas. We'd definitely recommend them and hoping we can do the same next year!"
