"Played at my recent wedding at St Davids Hotel and Spa in Cardiff Bay. They were fantastic for the drinks reception and everyone commented how brilliant and professionally they performed. If you have a wedding coming up and need a band for the reception this is the band! "

"Very many thanks to you and W4S. Absolutely everyone has said how good you are (in the most glowing of terms) – and we mean absolutely everyone. We expected everyone to be a bit jaded by the end of the night. Especially after going since 11 in the morning. But to have everyone up dancing all evening and still shouting for more when we had to close was brilliant. Please can you pass on our thanks to the rest of the band including your DJ. "They are a very talented group of musicians and I feel very lucky to have had them play at my party. We have had so many comments from our friends saying how much they enjoyed the music and what a brilliant singer Sam is. He was also very friendly and responsive to the audience and I didn’t expect him to sing Happy Birthday to me! "

"Excellent performance from Jeremy. Good mix of material and sung quite beautifully. Members traditionally can be slow to appreciate an artist and to offer feedback about them but in Jeremy's case it was 'When is he coming back?' And he will !!"

"Lakeside booked Starlet Beat on the recommendation of friends who had seen them perform locally. The recommendation was more than justified...these girls are dynamite! They supported our comedy act in style and the audience were up on their feet immediately. Good looks, great musicianship and highly entertaining... ROCK ON GIRLS!"

"We hired W4s for our Longacre Fest, and the band did not disappoint. From the start of the booking process, they were approachable, courteous and very helpful! They headlined on a Saturday night and literally held the crowd all evening. They’re a very talented bunch, and I would 100% recommend booking them if you’re considering a great covers band for your event. "

"Lara appeared at my daughter's candlelit wedding blessing over Christmas in a beautiful barn in the Cotswolds. I wanted to organize a surprise performance at the ceremony for the happy couple and with Lara's help we pulled it off. My daughter and her husband had no idea that they were being treated to their chosen songs live. Lara learned one of the songs specially for the event. It made for a very special, and personal ceremony. Lara went on to perform a set at the drinks reception, showing incredible versatility, from Motown to Taylor Swift. We had accomplished musicians amongst our guests and they all remarked about - and some connected with - Lara. She set the unique tone for the day in the ceremony and got the party started in the drinks reception. The fact that she is a talented artist is unquestionable, but what makes her so pleasant to deal with is that she takes the time to understand the audience and what the client wants from the day. We live overseas and had to organize the event at arm's length. Lara went out of her way to put our minds at rest and to ensure that we were comfortable. Thank you so much, Lara. You made the day extra special. We would book you again in a heartbeat. PS I wish we'd booked you for a set in the evening too! "
