"We really enjoyed having H&R acoustics at our event. They were really patient and flexible with the last minute changes we had to make because of the weather. "I just wanted to say thank you so much for playing at our wedding. The music you played was beautiful and all our guests commented on how wonderful you sounded. The music really enhanced the surroundings on the day and created a lovely atmosphere. I was so moved by how beautiful the balcony scene piece you played sounded that I nearly started crying before I even got to the aisle! "The performers were brilliant. Ours was a slightly different gig: a St Patrick's Day celebration just in our front room in a terraced house with a small (about 8 people) audience. They played without a p.a system and it was an intimate, enjoyable gig with everyone joining in with the songs. LMM were great: friendly, efficient and prompt with contracts and arrangements. I'd definitely do it again."

"We experienced the wonderful soothing Jazz tones of Sonia and her band at Penlee Park Open Air Theatre. Sonia and the team played in this unique setting and entertained us with an evening of Gin and Jazz. The highly skilled musicians, with their double bass, keys, flute and saxophone accompanied the amazing vocals to many a well loved tune. We would highly recommend going along to one of their future gigs, or booking them for your own gig!"

"We loved Sugar Sweet Duo at our wedding so much we hired them again for our joint birthday party! For the wedding, they did two 45 minute sets but because the time just flew by so quickly we asked them to do two 60 minute sets for the party. Many guests commented on how good they were and the DJ playlist after the set was great, again. Melissa and Joe are so friendly and enthusiastic, we can't recommend them enough. We need to think of another excuse for a party!"

"Sonia played to a packed and appreciative house at St Ives Jazz Club with two thoughtfully considered and slickly performed sets of songbird standards, mingled with the occasional more modern classic from the likes of Randy Crawford and even Sting. The band accompany Sonia with a suitably understated groove, giving this blossoming vocalist plenty of space, but impress when it’s called for with some fine solo and ensemble instrumental play – all very solid musicians, making this band an impressive and satisfying unit!"

"I thought listening to music was good in and of itself! But to have Tashara singing and mingling in amongst the party, the dancers and the groovers makes it all the more special and entertaining! Tashara has such energy, where she not only sings beautifully but also dances and smiles throughout the whole of her performance! What more can one ask for, when out for an evening dancing with friends, colleagues and loved ones! Keep Up The Brilliant Work Tashara!"

"I wanted to thank you and the band for a wonderful afternoon of entertainment - the playing and singing was marvellous and not too loud so people could enjoy listening and talking at the same time and also inspired some dancing!! A lot of people asked where I found you so should anyone have an event coming up and need a jazz band I will pass on your details.
