"They were amazing at our wedding over the bank holiday weekend! All of our guests couldn't stop talking about them and how good Leanne was singing! They covered a variety song over the years and the dance floor was buzzing! Shouting for more and more at the end of the night! We were lucky to have the 6 piece band for our wedding night and then the acoustic duo for the next day!! 100% Recommend!!!"

"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"We hired The Line Up to play at our wedding and were not disappointed. They arrived at our venue nice and early (a weight off any bride's mind!) and from start to finish were incredible. The music quality was fantastic with a great variation and they even learnt our first dance song for us. They even had a personalised sign at the front with our names and date which was very touching and made it seem very personal! Would highly recommend this band for anyone considering these guys for their wedding band! "

"I just wanted to write to say how wonderful Gary was at our party! He played all of our favourites brilliantly and we loved every minute of it! When he was in full swing everyone was up dancing and singing and we had an absolute ball. A great guy and happy to do all that we asked. Thank you so much. "Just to say thank you very, very much for such a great performance on Saturday night! The band was brilliant and made the evening – everyone raved (and is still raving!) about the music. It really couldn’t have been better and the fact that just about everyone was on the dance floor at one point says it all! Don’t think my 40th could have been more memorable – I had a blast!"

"To anyone who wants their party to go with a bang! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Funk N’ Soul excelled themselves at my birthday party last Saturday – they really made the evening for me. What was really brilliant about this band was that they had learned some of my old favourite songs specially for the evening and they brought the house down! They are all full time professional and very accomplished singers and musicians and really lovely, friendly folk too! It would seem that nothing is too much for them – they even played along with my youngest daughter who played Happy Birthday on her trumpet for me! They also looked like they were all having fun performing and the vibe in the marquee was so upbeat that no-one cared about the torrential rain outside! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a fantastic time! Thanks again guys for making my day! Love Sally"

"The Kindred Collective, a 3 piece of guitar, female vocalist and drum, hit the nail on the head and provided our event with the perfect live music, really complementing the style of the evening. They set a relaxed and soulful mood with their easy to listen style and repertoire. The singer is a music teacher, knows her stuff and has a beautiful voice. They were reliable and professional to work with and we received many compliments about the band both on the night and after. We look forward to working with them again in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough."

You topped of a perfect wedding day for my daughter Jenny and her husband Tim. You kept the dance floor full throughout both your sessions, what more could you ask for from a singer. Everyone was complimenting you and saying that you were fantastic, a great voice and great delivery. On a personal note I found you a true gentleman, with nothing too much trouble and it was a real pleasure to meet you and hope to see you again soon. You made my granddaughter's night when you gave her a personal performance of "Hey Fatty Bum Bum" while you were taking a break outside."

"I hired the Urban Myth for my 50th birthday bash November 2022. They were very professional indeed, they were on site, set up and out of the way before my guests arrived. From the moment they started playing they had my friends and family on the dance floor. However, the biggest surprise was that my partner told them that I was a huge Gary Newman fan and despite them being an RnB band, they learnt a Gary Numan song just for me and even let me sing it with the band, what a fantastic gesture, that really made my night!! The days that followed I was asked multiple times who the band was, and I was more than happy to pass on their details. I wouldn’t think twice about booking these guys again for any future celebration. If you are thinking of booking them, just do it, you won’t be disappointed."
