"We had an absolute ball on our wedding night and that was definitely due to you guys. The music was brilliant and the flexibility when I requested a song and when you allowed one of our guests to serenade us was most appreciated. The variety of music we could choose from was great and allowed us to pick something for everyone - although I don’t think I managed to leave the dance floor all night! We thought you did a fantastic job and really looked the part and it felt like you were playing for most of the evening apart from a short break. "Cracking band who helped make our festival a big success Sorry we are late in writing this review but it still feels like yesterday, we booked the band for headlining a mini music festival and they were absolutely great. Extremely responsive & professional to deal with in booking. Adam was really communicative and they arrived on time to setup, were easy to deal with on the day and they they rocked the festival for 2 hours, amid the best of british summer weather. We highly recommend the guys and will be booking again I'm sure."

"Having reached the ripe old age of 65 this year, my partner organised a big Grumpy Old Gits Retirement Party for me in a marquee in our garden in Pangbourne. We had over 120 attend & most guests came dressed up as Old Gits (Victor Meldrew, Alf Garnet, Compo, Nora Batty etc.) and we needed a local band to get the place rocking, with a wide variety of covers from the 50's to the present day. Found Mike's band Back2Back (just up the road in Wantage) on this site and were not dissapointed. Fantastic set, got everyone up dancing, entertained us with humour between songs and even threw in a wireless solo guitar trip around the whole marquee. Very impressive PA sytem and lights, all remotely controlled by their own Sound Engineer and six musicians who know how to put on a very professional and tight sounding show. Everyone kept asking how we could afford such a good band. The nice thing is, they were so reasonable, we still had change out of our budget to spend the rest on a decent firework display at 10:30 in the evening, and after that, the band played on!! They were so good in fact, that as we organise the annual Pangbourne Village Fete each year, we have booked them as our main act for the second weekend in June 2019. I advise you try them out for your event before then (or come to the fete next year). Absolute rockers, thanks Mike and the rest of the band, see you in June, if not before at another event. "Thank you for playing at our awards, it was a real breeze working with you and I appreciate that you just came in and got sorted. Stargazers were great to work with they fulfilled the requirements for the awards ceremony perfectly. The live songs and their take on old classics really brought the event alive. The dance floor was packed when they started playing! Thank you for making it so easy to work with you."

"Thank you so much last minute musicians for great service. My ladies Captains Drive In was a huge success with thanks to Wilf on the Steel pan he was fantastic. Sarah - Jane was brilliant with great communications answered all my queries and was very reassuring for my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for particular musicians. "From start to finish we can only thank you! Fantastic contact prior to our event and even with us showing up to all of their shows at our local venue before the wedding they were amazing! On our special day they were brilliant.. didn't even notice them setting up and then they had our dance floor full for the entire night! Even their DJ sets in between were perfect! On top of this, we asked them to learn our first dance song and they had zero hesitation, even playing it for us one night prior to the wedding so we could get a feel for it! Cannot thank you all enough, super friendly and bloody brilliant chemistry! Looking forward to following your journey - see you at the next showing in Tea Bar!! Tom & Mikaela."

"We saw The Pure Tones and his trio perform at two friends weddings and had such a great time, we knew we wanted to book them for our special day. Now, since having them perform at our own wedding we have experienced the joy of both sides, great fun on the dance floor as well as the ease of working with them to prepare for our day. The trio were professional, dynamic to adapt to changes in the flow of the day, charismatic, and they looked sharp! We had a fabulous day! Thank you."
