"Wow – what a band. Deeanee is an exceptionally talented singer. The were especially tailored for the event and we were up dancing or singing along to each and every one! A fantastic evening enjoyed by all and we would thoroughly recommend Country Bound – Midlands for a wedding, birthday anniversary or any event!"

"Black Velvet Band Irish Band were excellent and really added to our Irish themed evening. Lots of very traditional music. The guys were very flexible and last minute added in a Ceili set without prior knowledge which was appreciated by all and added to the fun of the evening. Very highly recommended."

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio were a fantastic edition to our Burns Night celebrations. From communicating before the event to the actual day, the group were professional and easy to reach. They also went above and beyond what their initial brief by ed by agreeing to toast the haggis – which was met with cheers - and taking suggestions from the crowd for different dances. By the end of the night they felt like part of the ROSL family."

From their acoustic set during the afternoon to the full party later on, it felt like the music was designed for the space—the rolling countryside as their stage. They paced the evening seamlessly without us ever needing to intervene. Their timing, energy, and ability to read the room felt so natural, letting us simply enjoy every moment. And those vocals—absolutely breathtaking. Guests kept asking where on earth we’d discovered them. What stood out most was the warmth and authenticity they brought; nothing about it felt staged.
