"I booked Kellys Heroes to play at my 60th birthday party. You were amazing and everyone loved you. Everybody there was talking about how good you were, and they are still talking about it, even now. You were the main feature of the party which people remember! Of course, your excellent local reputation preceded you and that took some living up to - you did so admirably. I was worried that, with such a diverse group of guests, there would be awkward silences but Tony did a sterling job at getting people up on the dance floor and, once they started, they couldn’t stop. Quite a few of my friends commented that they forgot we were all hitting 60 and were dancing like young ‘uns. It says much for your music, though, that the real young ‘uns also joined in and it was a treat to see that younger Irish generation (because about 2/3 of the party were Irish) showing off their traditional dance skills to your music. Your song and tune selection was really excellent. Just the right balance, and lovely to have some songs which were favourites (Billy was completely made up with Carrickfergus) and others which were original compositions. Of course, the standard was – well – absolutely professional. It must be great to have such universal appeal. I can honestly say that your music hit the mark with both young and old; English and Irish – and even the small Greek contingent got up and learned a few dance moves! Your CD is being well-played on Corfu and in Athens now! I noticed a good few of the staff from the bar downstairs snuck in for a sneaky look too. "Love For Sale were the perfect accompaniment to our celebratory event and made hiring a band one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences. Conversation was smooth, with nothing too much trouble and they were more than happy to work around our schedule. They were able to read the room well, and played accordingly. We received a great deal of positive feedback about the music, and the band were a hit with all our guests and they really did elevate our evening to the next level. Their flexibility, positive attitude and willingness to please make them suited to any occasion and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. In fact, I rather look forward to next year’s event in which I fully intend to have them back – if they’re free! "

"Steph and her drummer Jay were amazing! They really made Henry's birthday party special! I can't thank them enough! Steph's play list is really diverse so would suit performing at any occasion. I have recieved such good feedback from the mums at school about Steph and Jay! Everyone was so impressed!! Can't wait for our next big event so we can ask Steph and Jay to perform again!"

"BEST BAND EVER!! Lilac and her 6pc funk band played at our wedding in Summer 2021, and Rem DJ'd. Both sets were absolutely fantastic! In the build up to the wedding, Lilac and Rem were incredibly helpful in guiding us through our playlist, identifying crowd pleasers and song collections which worked incredibly well together. They were both full of ideas and suggestions and left no stone unturned in their preparations! Planning our evening set with them was a real giggle! They were very clear in outlining their requirements on the day, and recommending what timings would work well. They were also incredibly understanding, cooperative, and willing to be flexible as we waited to plan our wedding around COVID. On the day, Lilac and the team were full of energy and this reverberated around the room, creating a truly special atmosphere! Lilac has an amazing, soulful voice and so much stage presence! The saxophonist was also outstanding!! They kept the dance floor filled all evening and full of noise as we all sang along. Lilac and the team's set was incredible, and they kept going beyond the two 45 min slots to all of our delight! Rem's DJ set to conclude the evening was incredible! He struck a really great balance between old school classics and more modern, higher tempo tunes. We'll remember excitedly dancing along to Avici and Craig David, and finishing off with a sing along to Wonderwall, Sweet Caroline and Angels, with all our best friends surrounding us, for the rest of our lives! Thank you so much for a massive contribution towards making our wedding the best day of our lives!"

"Thank you immensely for the absolutely superb performance at Ratho Parish Church. The success of a wedding relies so much on background music and Scotland Strings certainly excelled in that regard. Personally, Gill and I missed out somewhat as our arrival, by dint of normal bride and father custom and practice, occurred in the late stages of your performance. However, our guests spoke very highly indeed of your presence and delivery and raved of how the quality enhanced a momentous occasion. Morag, once again, many thanks for helping to make Gill and Jamie’s wedding such a huge success. Best wishes for the continuing success of Scotland Strings and the enjoyment that goes with it."

"We loved having Sarah perform here for our first 'Pride Night' since before Covid! She has a great voice and repertoire of songs to choose from, including the ability to request songs via Instagram message that works brilliantly! IF you're after someone to give a nice relaxed vibe whilst enjoying the moment then she's your gal! Certainly looking to book her in again soon!"

"I can not recommend Georgia enough. We booked her very early on when planning our wedding and things moved around right up to the day before the big day. Georgia was completely calm and flexible and just did her own thing. I didn't have to think about directing her for a second on the day she just read the room and was in the exact right place at the right time. The music she chose was perfect and really set the atmosphere throughout the day. She did a cover of our song as I walked down the aisle and it was the most beautiful version we've ever heard. Her and Louis then did a quick 30 minute set during the canape and cocktail reception which got people ready to move into the main hall for dinner. They then finished off with the first dance, the father/daughter dance and then a bunch of songs to get people up and dancing. Her voice is incredible and she has this incredible ability to get people up and moving whilst providing a tone where people can still talk at the tables if they wanted to. We've been to too many weddings where the music was too loud and if you wanted to sit a song out you had to leave the room so it was really important to us to get the right balance. Georgia was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and we are so thrilled her and Louis were a part of our big day!! What a talent!"
