The music was perfect - the harp drifted through the garden so wonderfully - and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was. "Flux Ensemble were recommended to me by Ben McGettigan at Music Students For Hire and I found our collaboration to be mutually supportive. Flux Ensemble were polite, genuine and kind during our family gathering at West Dean Gardens in Sussex. Martin Ash is incredibly hard-working and had gone out of his way to put together a fantastic playlist that combined genres, moods and memories. Dire Straits’ ‘Sultans of Swing’ was a wonderful nod to family and the rendition of ‘Howl’s Moving Castle’ was mentioned by my friends who also recognise Studio Ghibli’s soundtracks. Several of our guests have noted Flux Ensemble and I will endorse them to anyone looking for a string ensemble for their special event. Thank you!"

"Marty was lovely from the moment I met him. So outgoing. Nothing was a problem for him and was very easy to work with. Sang a great range of songs and had everyone up dancing"

"Tim and Tom have been a brilliant addition to our roster of live performers at the Trafalgar Tavern. Their sets consist of a mix of modern hits and cult classics while also taking crowd recommendations that consistently bring about a lively atmosphere. They are a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend!"

"We booked Dan through last minute musicians after seeing his glowing reviews and listening to his wonderful clips and videos online. His playing was every bit as wonderful as I thought he would be and more. His talented playing and gorgeous voice created a wonderfully relaxed backdrop and atmosphere at our wedding. Everyone said how much they loved his music and I am so grateful to Dan for helping to make our day so special. "

"Performers were excellent from start to finish. Anita was available to chat on the phone prior to the event and I felt immediately comfortable that I had the best people for the job. She designed a playlist around our wishes (Despite some tricky requests!). They set up in advance of time, the performance was excellent, the artists looked great and created a perfect atmosphere for our wedding reception. Payment was easy and could highly recommend these excellent musicians. I was happy that LMM facilitated me in finding Anita at such short notice prior to our event."

"Georgia played at our Zoom family pub during lockdown, and she was just fantastic. She’s a got a beautiful voice, and we could not believe we were lucky enough to have someone of her immense talent grace our little Zoom stage! Georgia is also a wonderful and engaging entertainer. She had everyone singing and dancing along and brightened up a rather grey day during a tough time for some of those who came along. Georgia has an enormous repertoire, and we had a chance to pick some of our favourite songs ahead of the day. Her communication before the event was excellent too. I highly recommend Georgia for events – on Zoom or otherwise – and will definitely be booking again. Sara D "

"Just wanted to drop you a brief line to say how perfect you guys were on Saturday. The music, the sound and the personality in the performance was all fabulous. We loved it and so did the guests. We’ve had lots of compliments about the band, including from my friend who leads his own big band here in Bristol who said you guys were ‘the real deal’. "Wow, what can we say. James was incredible from start to finish. His communication was great from the start, honest in his advice on choice of songs and with his obvious experience we trusted him and wow, he blew us away. His performance was phenomenal and he made the evening so much fun! Thank you so much, we would use you again and again! (Sorry if my sister and I deafened you with our singing of unwritten haha)"
