"The Cheers performed at our wedding in August 2021. They were absolutely fantastic and everyone had a brilliant time dancing. The acoustic duo were brilliant too. We couldn’t have wished for a better evening. Ben was great over the last 18 months especially as we had to delay twice but he was very reassuring and we managed to get the day we always wanted in the end. I would highly recommend The Cheers"

"We booked Barrel House Vipers for a birthday party as we had a theme of glamourous and wanted music that would fit that theme. They were perfect and everyone kept asking us who they were! I expect we'll see them again soon as i've no doubts they'll be booked for other events by our friends now! They were brilliant musicians, polite and friendly and were very professional, setting up and packing down quickly and respectfully for what was going on during the party. "

"This is the 3rd year running that we've been lucky enough to have the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band play for our charity's annual barn dance. I cannot rate them highly enough - from great communication before the event to fabulous music on the day, they are first class. We're already looking forward to our 4th one next year!"

"Band were great, very professional in terms of set up, clearing down. They were also really good at getting the crowd going. The acoustics in the room are often a struggle for live musicians so I think they coped with this well."

"Thank you so much to you and your drummer for such a brilliant musical entertainment at our wedding. You pitched the tone, tempo and song choices perfectly throughout and gave our guests (and us) such a perfect soundtrack to the night. I especially appreciate the effort you put into the songs the we requested (our first dance combo and Sunshine On Leith were a huge success!) and that you graciously let the girls take the spotlight for the wedding song performance. In addition, you were brilliant to adapt around the weather situation. I know that wasn’t easy. We loved having you and hope you enjoyed your night too! "I would like to say what wonderful compliments we have received. The setting and the weather were of course spectacular, but the quartet's beautiful playing turned the occasion into the most romantic wedding we have ever attended. Your beautiful melodies floated across the gardens and lent a magical element to the scene. "Firstly, I never ever post reviews but I had to post this one because I can't thank Baz and the guys enough for playing at The Pathfinders Power Boat club dinner/dance last Saturday. They were absolutely awesome and everyone who attended has said how brilliant the evening was. I will definitely be booking them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone. "Hired for a Ceilidh at our wedding. Super easy to organise and on the day the band and callers were lovely. Adapted very quickly when everyone was getting too hot and we managed to do the rest of the sets outside which was amazing."

"Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."
