"I worked with Eccentric Pony on a wedding where I was the wedding planner. I must say keeping in touch and coordinating with James was really easy. He is responsive and amiable. The day-of the band arrived in time, done the set-up very smoothly without making themselves noticed, and last but not least has done a brilliant job at entertaining the crowd. I would definitely recommend working with them!"

"The second time Free Spirit have played for a local social event, and it was just as brilliant as the first! A really varied set list, and something for everyone. They read the crowd brilliantly, so played songs that kept the energy up and the dance floor packed. So much fun! "

"My Wife and I had the great pleasure of having Fuego perform at our Wedding Reception. They were absolutely incredible!!! We were so impressed by the professionalism and the communication leading up to our Wedding; especially, during and after our Wedding Reception was excellent. Their song repertoire is brilliant and they sound amazing! Our guests were so pleased and we all thoroughly enjoyed their sets. We highly recommend Fuego. They will not disappoint! "

"I can't thank the whole band enough got the amazing music and atmosphere they created during our wedding party in Edinburgh. Their mix of old and modern songs worked in perfectly with my vintage theme and was definitely one of the highlights of my night watching them perform. The BV's are a band I would love to see play again and I will be looking out for some of their regular gigs in Edinburgh to head along to. "We hired Emily and Tom to sing 2x45 minute sets at our wedding (April 2024) and our first dance song ‘Won’t Let you go, James Morrison’ that wasn’t on their playlist. From the moment we booked them, they were nothing short of amazing. They are genuinely lovely people who clearly love what they do and make your event perfect, our only regret is not hiring them to sing at the ceremony! We have just had our wedding videos back and listing to the talent of Emily and Tom all over again is magical. Thank you both so much for being such a huge part of our day, we can’t thank you enough! "After looking for a band for a 30th Birthday party I found and hired The Fireflies and all I can say is they did not disappoint!! From booking to end their contact with me was very good, they arrived on time on the night and were very friendly and polite. Before, in between and after their sets they played music which was a good selection to keep the party going but the best part was The Fireflies themselves! They were BRILLIANT!!! All the guests have been saying how good they were and that they really enjoyed them, The Fireflies even learnt a new song for us as we liked it so much and they smashed it! Would 100% recommend to anyone and would 100% hire them again myself, I also loved the fact that they come off of their set and interact with all the guests while singing to make everyone feel involved. Overall a massive 5/5 from us! Thank you Ian and the rest of The Fireflies for making our night soo good, literally cannot thank you enough!"

"Thank you to House of Chords, you guys got everything right on our wedding day. From the start, communication was excellent and you made Megan and I feel at ease straight away. Your repertoire was perfect for our evening celebration: cool classics and modern hits. We really enjoyed your performance and amazing vocals. We also loved having you guys there, you were so professional, setting up in the background and just integrating seamlessly with our plans. Genuinely really good guys, it felt like you were ‘guests with benefits’ a joy to talk to and get to know as well as hear play. Hope to hear you at another wedding soon. "Gordon has a superb gritty, bluesy, soul voice that really hits the spot when he lets rip…….. his arrangements really good and he has great vocals. I particularly like it when he opens up those chords and gives out with that really gravelly, soulful voice."

"Davie, At last I am getting a minute to thank you and the guys for an excellent evening playing at our Silver Wedding at Meldrum House. The music was fabulous, everything we expected and more! All our guests have been telling us how much they enjoyed the band, even those not energetic enough to dance say that they very much enjoyed listening to you play. We were well and truly shoogled and I know I wasn’t the only one with aching muscles the next day! Great fun, thanks for helping to make our special occasion a huge success, we all had a fantastic time. The only complaint we had was that the party finished too soon!"
