"We recently had Helen & Brian perform their music at our birthday/Anniversary garden party . We could not fault them , Helens beautiful voice & the stunning acoustic guitar sounds from Brian absolutely made our party and we received many compliments. "Even though it literally was a last minute request, Sarah-Jane put me onto mira k duo who were absolutely fantastic, if you are looking for intimate and not over the top music at your event/party then I would look no further. After booking I was given their personal phone number and even offered to make my own playlist from their already substantial repertoire, think of seeing a band and you deciding on the set list! Thank you so much for making everything go smoothly and stress free. My partner had an amazing 40th"

"OH WHAT A NIGHT!!!!! A huge thank you to Hot Hats whom entertained us on Saturday evening at our outdoor Jubilee Celebrations event in Newport. They had us singing and dancing all evening and even threw in some quiz questions from all eras for us. They were brilliant and we will definitely be booking them again in the not too distant future. "Modern Strings was a pleasure to work with for our big day. They were professional from the outset and had a huge choice of songs we could choose from. Anyone thinking of a string quartet or similar for their special day should look know further than these guys. They are brilliant. "

"We had Mitch and the band for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration last month and they were absolutely incredible!!! From communication prior to the event to the last tune they ensured the evening was personalised. From the beautiful acoustic start, gorgeous sax playing and DJ beats the music catered for everyone. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the music with many guests mentioning how good they were and inquiring about them. I will definitely look to book them again in the future and highly recommend anyone to go ahead and book them- you certainly won’t be disappointed!!!!"

"Excellent - we and all our guest thoroughly enjoyed the Black Marc’s, the 2 sets they played was great and they provided music between the sets, we choose this type of entertainment as not a fan of DJ/Disco type entertainment at this type of event. They were very accommodating and even checked what time we wanted them to stay and provide the music up to, thank you both we had a wonderful day. We would recommend the Black Marc’s to anyone young and old??"

"Hi Rory, Thank you so much for coming to play at our wedding. It was the perfect accent to our cake eating and dancing to round off a fantastic day. "I can only reiterate what other reviews have said. John and Adam were fantastic. From initial contact, discussing our requirements, helpful advice and general correspondence; to arriving punctually on the night, and being so friendly and helpful with my ‘techno-phobe’ self when it came to setting up a laptop and projector for a wedding film presentation; to actually performing – offering such an eclectic mix of music, ensuring the dance floor was full, and interacting with the wedding guests. I was so impressed with their professionalism, yet lovely friendly personas. As a band their performance was faultless, and certainly added that something extra to an already special occasion. Well done lads… can’t rate you highly enough! "
