"Deciding to add ‘live’ walk up music for the awards presentation itself was a first for us, and the decision proved right. The ‘stings’ ranged from intense to amusing - our Managing Editor walked up to the Mission Impossible theme - and caused one of our guests to remark that it was ‘just like the Oscars’. On the sheer entertainment side of things, check out this band. They are awesome. "

"We had the pleasure of seeing 21c a while ago, and as soon as we booked our wedding, we knew we had to have you! From the first point of contact, until the very last moment of our wedding reception, you were all so supportive, helpful and professional. Your sound and timing was perfect and the dance floor was packed all night, with all our friends and family absolutely loving the music. I can't tell you how many people complimented you all, the song choices, the timing, the depth of sound. We had the most amazing evening thanks to you all, and I would recommend you to anyone looking for a top class band for any event. We also booked your DJ to play in breaks and before and after the band's sets, and he was faultless, ending our night with people dancing until the speakers went silent. My only insistence for our wedding plans, had been to have a live band, specifically 21c, and you helped us achieve the wedding day we longed for. I can't thank you all enough. We wish you every success and prosperity!"

"Easiest 10/10 I’ve ever had to give in a review! Danny and Tom filled in last minute for our wedding due to a cancellation but it turned out to be the best outcome. They are great performers, everyone was on the dance floor all night and even managed to do some requests. Lots of lovely feedback from our guests about how fab they were. They were very easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend them for any event you have planned. "

"Now what can I say about the Band, Solid Gold. The event was my Masonic Lodge Ladies evening, of which I have the great honour of being master in its centenary year. As a result I wanted the evening to be the best possible, I was not disappointed. Paul and the band arrived mid afternoon for the event even though they were not due on stage until 9pm. Communication between us prior to the event was excellent, very professional and informative, then we get to the evening itself. WOW!!! What a night, over the years I have booked acts for many organisations and I have got to say Solid Gold stand out as the best by a country mile. Every single person had a fabulous evening and that was down to Solid Gold. During our pre event discussion Paul ask for details of the event, what kind of audience it would be and what kind of music I would like them to perform. As a result the band put together a playlist that was absolutely perfect, unbelievably now knowing that I am a big fan of The Who they set about learning a couple of Who songs,which they had never done before, perfect!!!! If anyone is looking for a band that are musically excellent, reliable and know just how to entertain an audience, Solid Gold have got to be their number one option, I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much"

" Well, where do we start... These guys were amazing from start to finish, communication was quick and they couldn’t be more helpful (even with our many obscure requests for incorporating some songs into their playlists). Gavin and the team were quick to run through the evenings set-list before they started to make sure everything was ok, and when they did start, Wow... they really are the south’s number one party band - They smashed it and really made the evening a night to remember. We’ve had so many great comments from guests about how much they loved the band - some even said the best they’ve ever seen... We danced all night long, and the talent these guys have is incredible - where do I sign up? Book these guys now - you won’t be disappointed!! We cannot thank them enough!! "The band were really really good, everyone really enjoyed it. They played two fantastic sets, and everyone was dancing. I couldn’t have asked for a better evening. What was really nice is that I asked for a particular song and they played it perfectly. It meant a lot to me and my wife. It was great a really fantastic evening. If you get the chance, go and book them up!"

"The band played at our wedding celebration and were excellent throughout. They were hassle free to communicate with beforehand and very accommodating with changes of date and our request to include our own music selection into the DJ set. They are a brilliant band who really got everyone up and dancing and we loved the fact that they were able to learn and play our first dance song as well. Thank you all so much!!!"
