"Such a special event" Good morning Mick, Just a quick note of appreciation to you and the band for helping us make last night such a special event (15th September 2023* Friday (8 - 11pm tbc) The London Irish Centre, 50-52 Camden Square, London, NW1 9XB). A ceilidh is a great way to bring the generations together, and, as you could see from the number on the dance floor, everyone had a fantastic evening. Thanks again and keep up the good work. "Absolutely fantastic. The energy, quality of sound, musicianship, choice of songs, performance and togetherness as a group. They had us dancing the entire time. Personal highlight was when the saxophonist led us in a conga line out of the building and back in again. One guest said it was the best live music they had seen. They were so easy and responsive to organise logistics with. They even helped us rent an accordion that one of our guests played during the ceremony. Worth every penny and would love to see them live again!"

"From day one you both have been a dream to work with. Very professional, prompt with email replies, polite, flexible and then there is your music! Wow! What can we say...you guys were amazing. The arrangement of Nessun Dorma and Happy both sounded incredible. Oh and Ave Maria was so special as it was the song that my mum walked down the aisle to and was a beautiful tribute to my parents and such a special moment too. When the doors opened and I could hear Nessun Dorma echoing throughout the church, I was overcome with the most amazing wave of emotion. It was truly so moving and there was not a dry eye in the house. My only regret was not actually being able to be there to hear you both play more at the beginning when our guests were arriving. I missed out! I'm actually on your facebook page listening to your music as I write this to make up for it (head bopping, foot tapping!) You are both such talented, gifted musicians and were a delight to listen to. We wish you every bit of success for your futures and thank you so much for making our day so special. We have no hesitation in recommending you and would 100% love to have you both play again for us at some future event for sure."

"These guys were amazing from day one to wedding day, and beyond! We had been debating whether to get a band for our wedding and after meeting Dan and Charlotte at a few wedding fayres, we always kept circling back to them. Their vibe and energy suited our wedding perfectly! We opted to book them for the entire day and they made the experience so smooth and took so much stress away from us, which was a godsend as we had so much to sort! Their repertoire is very extensive and covered a good amount of our guest's song requests as well which was great! We tasked Better Together Acoustic Duo with learning not one but two songs for our wedding, my walking down the aisle song and our first dance song. They absolutely smashed both, I wish I could have bottled the songs to hear them again and again! They spent the whole day with smiles on their faces and nothing was too much, even when our timings slipped they were understanding and just went with the flow! No dramas here! Would highly recommend them for any event. We've definitely found a band we'll happily see again and again!"

"The BV's performed in June 2016 at my parents Golden Wedding celebration and we couldn't have asked for better. Their playlist was excellent and fitted perfectly for the occasion. They set up up promptly and were excellent at involving my parents and the younger guests appropriately making it a very special and enjoyable evening. I actually can't recommend them any higher!"

"I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Dave, Mike and Gerry who form BM Ceilidh Band. This is the third event that we have booked them for and once again it was a massive success. They are always reliable and turn up on time. They set up the equipment with no fuss and are very adaptable to any type of event whether it be a Burns Night, a Ceilidh, a Wedding or a Birthday Party. Dave is incredibly patient at giving instructions to those who are novice dancers and even goes out onto the dance floor to help people with the dance steps. They cater for all abilities, young and old! Dave encourages people to get up to dance without being too intrusive and has a good sense of humour which makes people laugh and enjoy the night. Everyone who has been to our events where BM Ceilidh Band have played have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and have always been very positive about this band. I would certainly recommend the BM Ceilidh Band for any occasion and will be booking them again in the future."
