"Hi Sam! We would just like to say the biggest thanks, the evening went so well, everyone was buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! The band made our night so special for us and Dale and the band made that possible. We knew you were fantastic but on the night you lit up the sky and everyone thought the Band was amazing. Your help and advice sorting the stage in the lead up to our wedding was exceptional, you were so helpful, accommodating and reassuring when we had a question or query. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and all the band who are all so gifted / talented, and so much fun! They absolutely made our wedding day one night that we will never ever forget! The dance floor was never empty, Dee and Mel were incredible so much charisma and simply Amazing! Thanks for making it such a special night for us family and our friends – you blew us away ! "Honestly don’t know how to thank you all enough! You were the absolute highlight of our wedding. A lot of our guests with children left before you began your set and I was so worried we would lose the atmosphere but that was impossible because you were amazing! We have had so many people speak to us since the wedding and say how talented you guys are as a band. Again thank you so much! We feel so grateful."

"Wow - what a find Mr Love was! He came with the delightful Blessing and transformed the school fair. The music was great and Mr Love was a true showman. The limbo he organised was hilarious and got everyone in the mood. He encouraged people to join him playing - my 85 year old mother was a highlight - and was loved by all. "The best fair ever" was wholly down to the superb Mr Love and Blessing. Thank you - I hope you'll come again!"

"The Northern Reel Collective played at the evening reception for my wedding on 30/03/2018. They were brilliant, and my guests were singing their praises. Quite a few guests had not ceilidh danced before, but nearly everyone had a go and enjoyed themselves. The well-practised Scottish contingent also enjoyed the music and dancing. My seven-year-old cousins are still talking about the dancing and what fun they had. Even the groom's 90-year-old granny was able to dance one of the slower dances. Michael did the calling on the day, giving clear instructions for people to follow; he was also great to deal with in the booking process. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks, guys!"

"What an EPIC band and a great group of people! The wedding music is either an easy decision or quite frankly a complete nightmare for some. Being a musician myself, I found it difficult to decide between a number of excellent choices of bands. But having followed not only their professional videos, but those recorded on phones in numerous events, the The Line Up were the clear winners. They play all the hits as expected, ranging from the 60's to the present day, but their versatility was one of the biggest highlights for us. Our key song choices were of course included in their set, but being thoroughbred musicians, this band is able to interchange instruments and vocals among each other for whoever best suits a particular song. That's some impressive stuff! We cannot recommend this band highly enough for any occasion (especially weddings!). Their performance was of course the highlight of the day, but the communication between customer and manager for months prior the big day was equally as impressive. They were clear and concise, and prompt in answering all questions asked. All requests were honoured without question and the level of rapport and trust continued to build with every message. The only negative I can think of is that the experience has now ended....and maybe when they allowed my wife to sing! (Sorry dear!) Thanks again guys, you really made our day all the richer and we hope to see you again in some other event. "

"We organized a surprise birthday party for my sister, and this Latin duo absolutely stole the show. She was already emotional from the surprise—but when they started playing her favorite Latin classics from the ’70s and ’80s, she was completely blown away. Their performance turned what could’ve been a simple gathering into something unforgettable. The vibe was warm, intimate, and full of joy. At first people were just tapping their feet, but by the second set, the dancing had started—and didn’t stop. What really stood out was how personal it all felt. They interacted with the guests, shared a few words between songs, and even dedicated one to the birthday girl—which made her tear up (in the best way). Everyone kept asking where we found them. It wasn’t just live music—it was the heart of the party. We couldn’t have asked for more."
