"Your gig at the Thaxted Festival was special - the best of the bands that have played for us in recent years. What attracted me when I listened to your CD last year was its variety, contrast and freshness; your key players are all impressive individually, but I also liked the precision and balance of the Band playing together as a group. All of this came fully across in your live performance, plus the bonus of seeing how much you all enjoyed each other's playing. You also found just the right level of amplification (not too much!) for the friendly acoustic of our beautiful Church. You must come again! "

"Hired Lauren at the last minute and she communicated very promptly to all my queries. We were over the moon with her performance. From start to finish a true professional! She sang beautifully and has an excellent repetoire of songs even managing a few Latino numbers for our Spanish guests. She created a speak easy jazzy tone for our wedding drinks and many guests were also very complimentary. She is a versatile, talented and true professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lauren. Thank so much for making our day so special. You really helped to get the party started! X"

"Hello! Great to meet you the other night! Hope you guys weren't too tired after giving us such a good party on Saturday. We had a great time, everyone loved you and Jules had a whale of a time as I'm sure you saw! You guys were really brilliant at getting things started. I was amazed at how many people said 'I don’t dance' (poopers) but you managed to get most up at one time or another. Those of us that were up their strutting our stuff had a really really good time. "Ella exceeded expectations. Very professional and personable. Ella had a lot of fans in the room by the end of her set and we could have quite easily enjoyed more than the 2 hours. Brilliant vocalist, song choices and medley's. It was perfect for the occasion. Will look to book again."
