"I have seen this band perform many times over the years and find them consistantly very good. A good mixture of folk, Irish, humour and generally fun. They've always had the ability to make you want to get up and dance!"

"The vibe and atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for, they are brilliant performers and lots of our guests have told us how much they enjoyed it. We know some of the timings ended up changing and the guys were really flexible which made our night so much easier, and even though we had a hiccup with accessing our playlists they took our requests for the last songs which was really great to choose in the moment what we wanted. We loved it and are very happy we chose the band - and have recommended them to a friend of a friend :)"

"We hired 4 members of Vocal Works Gospel Choir for our wedding in April 2022 at Clevedon Hall and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made! The director Tim was very responsive and helpful during the planning process and made everything easy to arrange. He was open to our ideas of where and when we wanted the choir to sing certain songs during the ceremony and they even learned a new song that was special to us. On the wedding day, they were on-time, professional, did exactly as we had planned, and they wowed everyone in attendance with their talent and beautiful voices! Their performance truly made the ceremony magical. We would hire you again in a heartbeat! Thank you VWGC!!!"

"I booked Kellys Heroes to play at my 60th birthday party. You were amazing and everyone loved you. Everybody there was talking about how good you were, and they are still talking about it, even now. You were the main feature of the party which people remember! Of course, your excellent local reputation preceded you and that took some living up to - you did so admirably. I was worried that, with such a diverse group of guests, there would be awkward silences but Tony did a sterling job at getting people up on the dance floor and, once they started, they couldn’t stop. Quite a few of my friends commented that they forgot we were all hitting 60 and were dancing like young ‘uns. It says much for your music, though, that the real young ‘uns also joined in and it was a treat to see that younger Irish generation (because about 2/3 of the party were Irish) showing off their traditional dance skills to your music. Your song and tune selection was really excellent. Just the right balance, and lovely to have some songs which were favourites (Billy was completely made up with Carrickfergus) and others which were original compositions. Of course, the standard was – well – absolutely professional. It must be great to have such universal appeal. I can honestly say that your music hit the mark with both young and old; English and Irish – and even the small Greek contingent got up and learned a few dance moves! Your CD is being well-played on Corfu and in Athens now! I noticed a good few of the staff from the bar downstairs snuck in for a sneaky look too. You really made the evening for me and do, please, feel free to use this if you need a testimonial. Looking forward to seeing you soon at one of your gigs. With my very best wishes and thanks again. "The Haystacks are AMAZING! We hired the band for a western themed work party and from the second the band came on the dance floor was full!! Great selection of songs, not only the classics but their take on current music too! Everyone who came agreed the band made the evening. Don't hesitate, they are great - thank you Rachel :)"
