"We just wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to you and Alex for the fantastic set you did on Saturday at Ben’s 40’s Themed 40th Birthday Party! You were so friendly and helpful that many of the guests assumed you were friends of Ben’s. Well you are now! Your voices and Alex’s guitar playing were really lovely and the choice of songs was spot on. I really appreciated the way you took charge of any announcements and navigated the events during the evening without ever taking over, so that it took away any stress from us. Thanks also for enabling Izzy to use the backing tracks so that she could sing some special songs for Ben .You both really helped to make the evening such an enjoyable event for all involved. Lots of people commented on the music and wanted to know who you were, and the staff at the venue said how much they had enjoyed the music and the atmosphere it created. I know Ben will be in touch with you soon, but once again thank you both so much again for helping to make the event ‘go with a swing’ so that we all had a really lovely evening. Best wishes for all the busy times to come, "

"Andy and John performed at my venue 5-6 times last year, always a crowd pleaser and customers are always asking when they are coming back. Behind the scenes they are helpful, professional and nothing I ask is too much for them. Always punctual, always happy to play on for a little bit if the crowd are appreciating it (nothing worse than entertainers who are clock watching and don't seem to want to be there). They are Great at interacting with the audience and always vary their sets to suit the audience (plus happy to accommodate requests within reason) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy and John for all occasions"

"This long-standing UK jug band capture the knockabout sound of the best Memphis jug bands of the 20s and 30s extremely well in addition to turning their hand to melodic blues, vintage jazz, old timey music and hokum. It all makes for a very fine and fun releas."

"Wow! We booked Unwritten Duo for my dad's 80th Birthday party and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We requested several songs which they learned for my dad as a surprise. They spoke with us beforehand to make sure their set lists and the DJ music would be to everyone's taste and were happy to take requests on the night from guests. They were both highly professional, mega talented and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be booking them for future family gatherings. 10/10"

"Their musical skills and connection are amazing and produced pieces timed to perfection. Bonnie’s voice lends itself brilliantly to the range of songs they chose. Some of the covers were surprising and just worked beautifully – I would listen to their version of Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill” and La Roux’s “Bulletproof” all day! The audience were drawn in and Bonnie had us singing along to one of their own songs and clapping to others. After the set ended there was unanimous demand for more and they played a storming encore of The Stone Roses “She Bangs the Drums” followed by Mary Hopkin’s “Those were the Days” which everyone spontaneously joined in with. Great music, great fun and everyone smiling as they left. You can’t ask for more from a night out!"

"We recently had Phat 32 play at our wedding. It literally made the day! We saw them perform a few times before booking them and knew we had to have them. We have had soooo many comments on how fantastic they are as well as being the highlight of our wedding. They also rehearsed and performed a song for us that we requested to have as our first dance which was the coolest thing ever. They will literally have you up on your feet dancing all night long. Amazing!"

"We were very pleased with their performance. I was nervous of being in charge of booking the band for an important corporate event but they were brilliant and everyone enjoyed the performance. I was very happy with the services provided by the band. I have had lots of positive feedback on their performance from our guests. We are very pleased with how our event went and would be happy to use the band again in the future."
