"Shimmer Strings were fantastic at our wedding, performing during our drinks reception and wedding breakfast. Communication was excellent in the lead-up to the event, and on the day our guests loved the mix of classical pieces, modern covers, and incredible movie scores. We received so many compliments from our guests, and their music created the perfect atmosphere. We would 100% book them again."

"I just wanted to extend a massive thank you for playing at our wedding on Saturday. You were fantastic! I will never forget the look on my dads face as he started dancing immediately when you played Mr Blue Sky. All the guests very much enjoyed it! "We hired the trio for our college ball in Oxford. They gave a fantastic performance, and brought a great atmosphere to the evening. They were also lovely to talk to, and very receptive to what you want. Would definitely recommend!"

"South West String Quartet played at Lupton House for our daughter’s wedding. They played for guest’s arrival before and during the ceremony in the Sanctuary and afterwards in the main house. It was thoroughly enjoyable with various renditions of classical and modern music. It was great for all age groups. We would thoroughly recommend them for any occasion."

"The girls were lovely and very talented! They coped well as on the day, we found with the age group of the guests being high, they found the music a little too loud to be in the same room as them. So we moved them into a room next door, which worked well for the event. They played beautifully - thank you Romanza!"
