"There really should be a maximum word count for these reviews because I could write a novel about these guys. The promo materials they have are great, but I can assure you they’re so much better live and are also the sweetest people ever. No ask was too much for Jimmy (we were so annoying too honestly), he’s an absolute pro. They even learnt a couple of requests for us and delivered them flawlessly. They had their work cut out with us. 1/3 of our guests were working (pretentious and judgey) musicians and everyone was feral for them. Also, all the girls and gays (myself included) were banging on about how hot Jimmy is which is a (albeit problematic) bonus. Seriously guys, thank you for making our day all the more special. I’m eternally grateful to have found you. "

"Thank you so much! We had the best party, everything we hoped for, and your band played a huge part in making that happen. We really appreciated your professionalism, musicianship, flexibility and responsiveness to the guests and what they liked. The song choice was brilliant. Having booked you twice now, once for our wedding in 2003 which you were just as brilliant at, and now for my birthday we are singing your praises and have already had a friend say they would book you for future events. We are not sure when our next celebration will be but we will be looking for you when it happens! Many many thanks to you all again"

"I absolutely loved watching Sami and DJ Tony at El Murrino Beach Club! The energy was incredible from start to finish. Sami’s powerhouse vocals blew me away, and the way she interacted with the crowd made the whole night feel special. She’s such an engaging performer and a true entertainer all round. My kids and their friends were up dancing with her too, which says it all—she brought everyone together. An amazing performance with unforgettable vocals!"

"On the occasion of my Father's 75th Birthday Celebrations, I was looking for a live band that could perform music of his era when growing up. I could not have asked for better. I viewed The Cats Whiskers video on line and sent an enquiry via email. They quickly responded to my enquiry and we spoke and I felt that this was the band to choose. I wasn't wrong. Last night we enjoyed a wonderful evening of music which everyone present could remember and recall. A truly amazing evening was enjoyed by everyone and this was in no small way due to the professional approach and musical knowledge of this amazing group of wonderful musicians- A huge thanks to you all and will certainly book them again for future events Keep up the wonderful melodies !!!"

"Right from booking with The Pharaoh's until the Wedding, the communication was great couldn’t have asked for more. They fitted with our venue perfectly and we were so happy with their performance on the wedding evening. They engaged with the guests and had everyone dancing. We could not thank them enough for being part of our day."

"From the first contact, Jake filled us with confidence that it was going to be a great event. His communications prior to the night were professional and allowed us to personalise the type of evening we wanted to create. The Band arrived promptly and set up with a playlist in the background suiting our preferred genre. They were helpful in changing the timings on the night to accommodate the mood of the party. The music itself was fantastic; they're a talented bunch of musicians! And they have the ability to modify the playlist, depending on their audience. Lots of our guests commented on how good the band were. All in all, value for money. And we have total confidence in recommending them. A huge 'thank you' to Jake and all the band members for helping to make our wedding party a night to remember."

"I facilitated a get together event (neighbours & co-workers) at my private property . I suggested Jazz swing music and we received much more than we asked for. It was lovely, beautiful music and vocal and we all had a great time. Thank you Laura for creating great atmosphere. "

"Wow, what a fantastic afternoon of entertainment from Juma Steel Band! Their music made us feel as if the sun was beating down even though it was a below average temperature English mid summers day. We can't thank Juma enough for coming from London to entertain us all. Our pub regulars and visitors alike were blown away by the brilliant sound of the Caribbean brought to a rural village in Norfolk. Many felt compelled to dance and applaud throughout the performance such was the quality of music and the atmosphere created. Juma truly are the finest steel band in the UK in our estimation. We can't wait for a repeat booking next summer. "

"I truly loved Indigo Charm. Great song choices, fabulous performances from all band members and Shamyra has a stunning voice! Furthermore, her gregarious nature made her a great addition to our guests during the set breaks. True professionals! I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. In fact, I will make sure I do! Should I have any occasion to, I would definitely hire them again. Much love to Shamyra and the band, I'm your biggest fan!!!! "
