Review Centre: Acoustic Bands

"Funk With Us providing the band, DJ and PA for our wedding on the 9th October 2021. And they were absolutely amazing. In the lead up to the event, their diligence and patience in helping sort out some issues around sound levels at the venue went way above and beyond what we'd initially agreed with them. They friendly, highly personal service and wish to really understand what we wanted for the day meant we felt really positive and confident going into the day. On the day itself, they were amazing with the band being great fun, really getting involved and making sure the dance floor was both packed and super fun. We would absolutely recommended everytime, these guys are amazing. 12/10."

"Opted for a last minute mini festival for my 40th and managed to book these guys in at short notice. Unbelievably performance and song choice which couldn't have gone any better. We haven't stopped talking about Rag Tag Misfits all day!!! The perfect choice. 100% be recommending for future gigs/parties."

I am the promoter at Slim Jim's Liquor Store and I highly recommend these guys, a safe bet when you want the crowed at your bar to sing along with the band, they really know how to interact with the public Great selection of music covered by amazing musicians. They will be a regular act at Slim Jim's Liquor Store."

"We managed to book 'Capriccio String Quartet' for our July wedding, it was at fairly short notice so we really feel lucky in that regard! Lynette was lovely talking us through the process prior to the wedding and on the actual day the team were so good! Its so impressive to see how talented they were playing modern pop classics in such an elegant style, it really created a beautiful soundtrack to our special day and would highly recommend their special talents to anyone considering booking them. "Georgia & Dan were excellent on the day, adding to the atmosphere and ambiance on what was an amazing day for both of us. Thanks so much to Oh My Duo for such great performances throughout our reception – they did especially well considering how hot it was on the day back in June. Additionally, they were no hassle at all, cracking on with their performance while we spent time with our guests. "The perfect gig on a perfect day. Chris and Brad were fantastic at our wedding last week. Lively as ever and kept all our guests on the dance floor for hours. They were accommodating and easy going but still very professional. So many guests commented on how brilliant the band were. Recommended by a friend and so pleased we looked them up. "We hired the Honky Tonk Hardies for our wedding and we really could have asked for a better band or performance. The band were all top guys and it was a pleasure having them at our wedding. Every single person commented on how much they enjoyed the band young to old which was great. Me and my wife are big music heads and have seen countless bands live but these guys really knew how to play and put on a good show. Very impressed would pay to see them playing live again absolutely top notch! Wooooooo!!!"

"I asked Gloria to sing at my wedding last November. She was punctual, organised, polite and went above and beyond to help make my day special. Not only did she sing well... "You were AMAZING!! Everything about you and your team was awesome. You made me feel so comfortable in communications beforehand and I wasn’t worried about a thing as a result. And I was right not to worry, as it was perfect from start to finish. The music and the 'calling' were the best I have ever come across. And the piper too was brilliant.
