"We booked Paul for his beautiful piano playing and singing, and he delivered splendidly on the day. Beyond that, he was also incredibly professional, communicated clearly throughout, and was a pleasure to work with on the day. He quickly picked up on the vibe we were going for and effortlessly shifted into a more upbeat, dance-friendly style when we needed it. Our guests had a fantastic time and were very impressed. Most of them asked me where I managed to find such a talented pianist and entertainer. I cannot recommend Paul enough!"

"I have been a musician and music teacher for more than 50 years and about 4 or 5 years ago I had the good fortune to start working on a musical project with Nova on Piano. She is not only a very skilful and talented piano player/vocalist but also very musically knowledgeable. She certainly knows her music theory and her ability to create vocal harmonies belies her years. I cannot speak highly enough about Nova on Piano with dedication and reliability being two more of her attributes."

"I just would like to thank you for singing on our wedding day. Everyone was commenting on how good you guys are.  We had a lovely day and both had the biggest grin on our faces when we arrived back to Milsoms from the church and standing outside our cars, the sun was shining with you and your band performing up on the green it was just perfect. "Mark came along exactly as we had arranged and greeted me and everyone else warmly. He played all the music that I had arranged for him to play and kept it at a reasonable noise level as I wanted everyone to be able to talk as well as listening to his wonderful playing. I would not hesitate in hiring him again if I needed someone. He is a lovely man to talk to and I hope he puts up the pictures that I send him as one is a video and it is his music you can hear."

"We have the pop pickers at this event for the last two years This year I had a few comments from our members that the music was rather on the loud side compared to last year Although I am not booking them for 2024 this is because I want make some changes to next year’s rally and I would not hesitate in booking them for future years "

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio / Claire’s 60th Birthday / May 2025 Black Velvet Trio were absolutely perfect for the barn dance we hosted. The trio were cool, calm and professional in their ability to literally herd cats! They were able to bring a huge smile to every face which was always my wish. The musicians were brilliant at just playing wonderful barn dance music whilst we laughed and bumped and crashed about with our two and sometimes three left feet.Our last (came too quick) dance was the Swiss Roll. We all loved it and would be so happy to have Black Velvet Trio back to do it all again."

"We hired Groove Allstars for our wedding in October last year and could not recommend the band enough. After watching their showreel and seeing their setlist, we knew straight away that we wanted to have them as our entertainment. "Sorry it has taken me so long, but I wanted to say a huge thank you for singing at my drinks reception on 21st October at Great John Street Hotel. I know due to the weather things were not ideal and you ended up in the tiniest of corners, but you didn’t let that take away from your performance. I was blown away, as were our guests. Your voice is amazing & I particularly love the fact that you sang one of my favourite songs at Chris’ request, even though it wasn’t on your song list. We would definitely recommend you to anybody looking for a singer for their wedding or any other special event. Thanks again for helping to make my wedding day so special and for a lovely memory. My only regret is I wish I had asked someone to video you singing the song for me. Xxxx"

"A superlatively professional quartet that raised my daughter's wedding reception from a village hall hop to a truly classy occasion. Their musicianship is astounding. Booking this quartet was a hassle-free experience and Natalya was very cooperative in amending her playlist to suit our wishes. I've nothing but praise for this extremely talented quartet. They exceeded expectations in every respect. Highly recommended."

"Steve performed at my 40th birthday party and truly made the night unforgettable. He played a fantastic mix of old favourites and Ibiza tunes that had everyone up dancing from start to finish. His one-hour set was full of energy, talent, and great vibes — it completely rounded off the perfect party. The next day, I was flooded with messages from friends saying how much they loved his performance — it was the highlight of the night for so many people! It was such a treat to have a musician and entertainer of his calibre at the event. I can’t recommend Steve highly enough for any party or event — he brought something really special to mine, and I’m sure we’ll be seeing him at a few of my friends' parties in the near future too!"
